Speaking about the principles of Academy management in the training of young scientists Vladimir Gusakov noted that in this area the National Academy of Sciences prepares top-qualification scientists. Talented young researchers find support in their endeavors. They work under the guidance of leading scientists of the country. A system of additional payments is provided for young scientists, and there are also various bonuses. There are excellent opportunities for a career for those who have successfully done their PhD thesis.
