Representatives of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus took part in the round table "Constitutional legality is the basis of the rule of law", which was held at the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus on 12 March 2019 as a part of the Science Week dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus. Prominent legal scholars of the Republic, representatives of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus, the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Belarus, the National Center for Legislation and Legal Research of the Republic of Belarus, The National Center for Legal Information of the Republic of Belarus, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, staff and students of the Academy of Public Administration gathered to discuss issues of constitutional law. The participants testified a high level of interest of scientists and practitioners in the development of Belarusian constitutionalism. The format of the round table allowed discussing the most pressing issues of constitutional legality approval in the Republic of Belarus.
