Head of the State Alexander Lukashenko has made personnel appointments in the administration of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Alexander Kilchevsky was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Andrei Ivanets was appointed Chief Scientific Secretary of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Alexander Lukashenko also concurred to appoint Vadim Makhanko as Director General of the Republican Unitary Enterprise "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Potato, Vegetable and Fruit Growing".
