Summary: Molecular mechanisms of calcium-dependent and calcium-independent neurotransmitter release were analyzed. It is shown, that exocytosis is complicated many-steps process. Main reasons which can leads to calcium-independent vesicular release were characterized. It is hypertonic shrinking, hypotonic swelling, latrotoxin and polyvalent cations.

Summary: The study of meadow agroecosystems' agroecopopulation in their lasting use enabled the author to characterize the most common features of their development. Of great importance are such population parameters as ontogenetic structure, density, mortality, productivity. Those agrocenopopulations which have been found in agroecosystems for long are characterized by the stability of the ontogenetic spectrum, age, density and ground used density phytomass. They can stand constant grassing. Self-support of these agrocenopopulations took place at the expense of vegetation reproduction and a considerable in the number of species and clones due to mineral fertilizers. Short-time agrocenopopulations as well as those agrocenopopulations whose longelity was reduced under unfavourable weather conditions are characterized by lability which resulted in a sharp decrease of density throughout the whole period of ontogenesis and in the fast development rate.
