Summary: Problems of organizing a regional information resource "The Information on technologies" are have been analyzed. The cycle the production modernization of "(the) Product - (the) Development -(the) Product" has been considered. The concept "Technological introduction of the Product/the Enterprise/the Region/the Branch" has been presented entered and has been exhibited, that it is possible to develop database structure permitting one kit of fields to present any production of the business, whether it be the Goods, Service or scientific Development. Difference of concepts "technology" and "business - procedure" has been formulated. Concepts of the technology realization efficiency, relative quality of technology, technology management efficiency are have been formulated and appropriate factors have been considered. The formulation, providing a quantitative estimation of a technological innovation has been offered. It has been proved that F.U.Tejlor's and M.Hammer's theories (reengineering) are particular cases of the introduced formulas. Problems of the production process modeling of with usage of the applied theory of patterns have been considered. Correspondence of the concept "business process" to concrete pattern webs and correspondence of concept "production process" to associated pattern webs have been shown. The algorithm of the technological process improvement perfection for provision of search ways introduction technological innovations with usage of IDEFО, standards, provisions of the applied theory of patterns and concepts, introduced in the article has been offered. It has been shown, that main provisions of technodynamics (M.D.Dvortsin) correspond to the offered algorithm.
