Summary: Calculations have been performed in distribution degree of macromolecules orientation across article thickness at injection molding with melt flow through the forming cavity with account of macromolecules orientation effect on relaxation processes. Results obtained are helpful at forecasting structure and strength of reinforced molded articles.

The change in vanadium thin films resistivity at nitrogen-hydrogen plasma irradiation. pp. 8--10
Summary: Structural and phase transformations have been investigated that occur in V films subjected to processing with nitrogen-hydrogen plasma. Regularities of formation and growth of vanadium nitride as a function of plasma irradiation parameters have been studied. Resistivity of the irradiated films have been determined.

Polymeric fibrous filtering materials as the magnetic field radiants. pp. 11--15
Summary: Filtration, electret and biological properties of polymeric fibrous magnitoplastics have been investigated It has been established that by varying of structural parameters of material it is possible to achieve almost 100% of effectiveness of liquid engineering mediums filtration. The engineering process of forming fibrous filtering materials -- radiants of magnetic field (melt-blowing technology) causes electrical polarization, which preserves for a long time. Magnetic fields generated by these materials render regulating action on biochemical processes, defining growth and metabolic activity of microbe cells.

Summary: The technology of manufacturing the electrodes for spot welding is described. The raw material is unrefined copper powder, obtained from industrial wastes. The technology includes the processes of introduction of paraffin in to the powder material, compaction, paraffin removal and sintering of products.

Summary: The hardness of high chromium iron castings is not the main criterion of wear resistance. The replacement of martensite structure for austenite structure due to quenching temperature rising increase the wear resistance in spite of hardness decreasing.

Summary: An opportunity to initiate the whole spectrum of martensite unelasticity effects, such as the shape memory effect, transformation plasticity, generation and stress relaxation, with the help of ultrasonic vibrations is shown.

Summary: The regularities of structural aluminium alloys production using pressing, sintering and forging of sintered billets have been investigated. The results of experimental research for strength, elongation, hardness and electric resistance of P/M aluminium alloys and their changing upon copper content, relative density and temperature forging have been shown.

Summary: The design of oscillating system in a drive of oscillating working part is performed by elastic elements connecting the working part with a machine case. The method is proposed of drive acceleration at natural system frequency by the gradual amplification of oscillation amplitude of working part. It is shown that stable motion regime represents the auto-oscillation process.

The self-adapting decision for optimal switching moments of vehicle hydromechanical transmission. pp. 38--44
Summary: The mathematical model of adaptive control for vehicle hydromechanical transmission with help of onboard electronic computer is presented. This model can be uped mainly in a heavy automobile with hydromechanical transmission.

The before-the-extreme method of vehicle breaking automatic control. pp. 45--49
Summary: The offered approach opens new prospects in development of the theory of work of vehicle active safety systems as allows to take into account real processes of a wheel interaction with a road. The realization of the offered principle of control allows to ensure an optimum ratio between brake efficiency and controllability of a vehicle, that results in increase of safety of movement.

Summary: Planetary precessional transmission satellite gear rings working methods development are based on space modificated profile creating scheme. A carcass model of this very profile has been obtained in the framework of the creating scheme. Planetary precessional transmission satellite involute profiles for utilizing under nonresponsible operating conditions have been chosen on the basis of the model obtained before.

Comparative studies on the influence of production technology of the hydrokinetic torque converter rotor on fuel economy and performance of a vehicle. pp. 54--58
Summary: In this paper, the results of comparative tests on the influence of production technology of the hydrokinetic torque converter rotor on fuel economy and performance of a vehicle are presented. Simulations were performed for torque converters with rotors produced by drawing and casting. Better accelerating performance was proved for a car equipped with hydrokinetic transmission with drawned rotors.

The piezoresonance hydrogen sensor based on the modified WO3 thin films. pp. 64--67
Summary: The method of metallic palladium precipitation, based on colour centres transformation in oxide tungsten film is offered. The film of palladium possessed a developed surface and served the basis for hydrogen sensor of resistive type on the base of thin-film structure WO3-Pd. The basic characteristics of sensor are investigated. The received results testify to efficiency of an offered method of palladium precipitation when making sensitive layer of hydrogen sensors of piezoresonance type.

The automatic differentiation and its applications. pp. 68--75
Summary: The automatic differentiation technique realised in the Diff system is described. The application of automatic differentiation in the programs written in the language C++ is shown by an example of minimisation of function of several variables. The automatic differentiation technique is highly effective tool for the decision of such complex and critical important problems as the solution sensitivity analysis to errors and uncertainties in the initial data and parameters of a task.

Summary: The main result of the paper is that the problem of computing the allterminal reliability polynomials is #P-complete even restricted to Hamiltonian graphs.

The Lyapunov's function design by the root-locus common theory. pp. 81--85
Summary: The root-locus method for design of the Liapunov's function is discussed. The tame rational function is synthesized from the coefficients of the root-locus equations. Then this function is decomposed to a power series. The finite Hankel's matrix is designed from the Markov's parameters, which are the coefficients of the power series. It generates the positive definite quadratic form.

The automatic classification of halftone image objects by the direction vectors weight values, being smoothed with the moving average method. pp. 98--106
Summary: Automatic classification of objects of gray-scale images on the basis of a correlation measure of similarity of the sum set has been proposet. This set consists of two sequences of the mean weighted values of direction vectors of marked boundaries which are smoothed by the method of moving average. The forming attribute set of standard is made by means of determining the smoothing segment lenqth and increasing the sum set according to equipotent criterion relatively to the object being investigated.

Summary: A new algorithm for color image segmentation is presented. It uses a criterion of area homogeneity and combination of the gradient values and the pixel's brightens. Ranks of recommended parameters for different image classes are suggested.

The simulation of the operator activity algorithms under the contingency. pp. 112--116
Summary: A new method for operator activity modeling is suggested. It allows estimating of the operator's efficiency indices under the troubled conditions: failures of technical means, software faults, an operational change of the system aim, modifications of the environment. The modeling scheme based on the functional-structural theory of the man-machine-environment systems description, added by elements of the statistical modeling of the process of the stochastic appearance of the troubled factors is described.

Summary: Equations of strain compatibility at stresses for bodies whose elastic properties are characterized by three material constants are deduced.

The approximation technique of the slip curves by exponential functions. pp. 120--126
Summary: The technique of approximation of the slip curves was developed. It allows to calculate precisely factors of approximative exponential function, if the experimental points belong to this curve. Otherwise factors are defined with some error dependent on accuracy of experiment. So, the widely known curves j(d) are reproduced by examined exponential function with a mistake not exceeding 0.8%.

Optimizing gear ratio in power transmission system of automotive vehicle by means of regression analysis method. pp. 127--133
Summary: In the paper, the problem of optimizing gear ratio in the power transmission system is discussed in terms of reduction in fuel consumption during car acceleration. Two criteria of optimality are presented. The studies were carried out using computer simulation of car movement and were based on regression analysis method with the use of mathematical planning of experiment. The method is illustrated on the example of optimizing gear box ratio of a passenger car.

Summary: Deploying of Finite Element Method for simulation of thermal stresses in plasma sprayed coatings is examined. Commercial FEM software "MARC" was used for development of one-, two- and three-dimensional models of thermal fields and thermal stresses. Practical estimation of convection coefficient is considered.

Summary: As a result of investigation of Pu and Am physical-chemical state in soil-vegetative cover of Belarusian Polesye, namely: the ratio between mobile and fixed occurrence forms of radionuclides in soils, the content of radionuclides in soil pore solutions, the coefficient of radionuclide accumulation by plants, the sorption of radionuclides on ionexchangeable resin -- the biological accessibility of transuranic elements was estimated.

The radioactive state of the urban cleansing constructions for polluted sewage. pp. 149--151
Summary: The radioecological investigations of cleansing constructions in zones with the density of radioactive ceasium-137 contamination over 1 Ku/sq. km are the main purpose of the project. It's shown, that the cleansing constructions are place of the accumulation of the radioactive deposits of sewages with spesific activity ranging from 400 to 60000 Bq/kg.
