Peculiarities of inclined force action upon ID homogeneous elastic lumped line and related modernisation of the wave physics equations. pp. 13--19

Summary: Exact analytical solutions for 1D elastic lumped line under external force affection inclined to the line axis is analysed. It is shown that in this case an inclined wave being described by implicit function propagates along the line. These conclusions were extended both to free vibrations in the line and to distributed-parameters line vibrations. The solution in the form of implicit function is proved to be a generalising one for the wave equation. The vector of flux divergence in dynamical fields also is analysed. Exact account of dynamic processes leads to the conclusion that the divergence of vector in dynamic fields is not zero but is proportional to the scalar product of given vector partial derivative with respect to time into the wave propagation direction vector.

Summary: The work is devoted to comparative analysis of methods for predictions of elastic characteristics porous materials with small relative density Vf. It was established the statistical method describes well enough experimental data at Vf. At smaller Vf elastic characteristics may be estimated more exactly using bar models of material structure. Analysis of the model was camped out by the method of separation of structure unit. A model with ordered packing of 14-faces cells gives the best fit of experimental data.

Compatibility of polyethylene with carbomide and its derivative. pp. 46--48

Summary: The study of compatibility of nitrogene containing organic connections with polymers represents a significant interest, as many of them have an inhibiting action in relation to corrosion of metals. The polymeric materials containing such organic inhibitors, are perspective for use as sheetings and films. The industrial let out inhibitors are unsufficiently well compatible (composed) to polymer and their application for these purposes ist not always possible. We investigate systems PE-carbamide and PE-tiocarbamide. The feature of crystallixation create these low-molecular of organic connections the preconditions for formation of cluster type connection consisting of carbamide crystals or its derivative and low-molecular components of polymer. It may be probable that the opportunity of such interaction of examined systems components can expand a range of their compatibility. Research of such systems by methods of thermal and special analysis has shown, that the area of existence of homogeneous firm solutions for them is extraordinary wide and makes up to 15--20% of filler (carbamide and tiocarbamide). It confirms the stated assumption and makes such structures rather perspective for use with the purposes of anticorrosive protection of metal products.

Effect of the crosslinking agents and lowmolecular substances on characteristics of field-performance rubber sealants. pp. 49--52

Summary: The loss of protective stability of rubber sealants, which used in liquid hydrocarbons by higher temperatures, first of all, is connected to destruction of a superficial layer of rubber. The ordering of process of modification of rubber intended for engineering parts which are realized as at a stage of vulcanization of rubber, and after its and is carried out. The authors offer new variants of modifying sealants, using additional crosslinking of superficial layer of rubber, and also saturation of this layer protective low-molecular modifiers. As an example the experimental data confirming high efficiency of such processes are given.

Effect of molecular mass on production and properties of polyacrylamide hydrogels. pp. 57--61

Summary: The effect of polycrylamide molecular mass on the formation of the 3D polymer structure in its aqua solutions has been studied at radiation mixing. Magnitude of water absorption of hydrogels at such mixing has been also examined. Decreasing molecular mass of polyacrylamide from ca 106 down to 104 due to increased concentration of the redox system at synthesis was found out to be accompanied by augmenting inorganic ion content of admixtures and incremented initial dose of gel formation. The limiting value of gel traction is independent of the molecular mass of polyacrylamide. Hyrogels with the maximum water absorption were obtained from the polymer whose molecular mass was ca 104. The formation of gel fraction is preceded by the preliminary structure formation of the polymer inducing shear of the thermomechanical curves to the region of higher temperatures. Hydrogels from the low-molecular polyacrylamide might be employed as the basis for manufacturing novel medicinal forms.
