Studies of the performance of spatial sections of reinforced concrete foundations from crossed strips of the rectanquiar section. pp. 5--11

Summary: Spatial reinforced concrete foundations for buildings and structures are considered here as a system of crossed beams on the arbitrary soil base. The statistical calculation of such systems taking into account the torsion is made by Zhemochkin method. The performance of foundation beams of rectangular section was studied for lateral bending with torsion at the stage of elasticity for different cases of force combinations. The methodology for determining of the supporting power of reinforced concrete foundation beams with the co-action of torsional and bending moments as well as with the co-action of the torsional moment and the lateral force is given. The practical method for estimation of spatial sections of reinforced concrete foundations is offered.

Ultrasonic production process of cables in metallical shells. pp. 69--72

Summary: The process of covering the powder isolation and wire-drawing the heat-resistant and thermocouple cables with mineral isolation in metal jacket with use of ultrasound oscillations of different directions and intensity was studied. It was ascertained that the ultrasound application in the process of producing the cables with mineral isolation allows to considerably increase the single reductions at Wire-drawing and by the same to shorten the quantity of operations on thermal processing. Besides, the use of ultrasound at wire-drawing and further refining the surface before thermal processing allows to refuse from applying the expensive and ecotogically unsafe greases.

Effect of preliminary treatment of metals surface on adhesive and mechanical strength of multilayered materials. pp. 73--77

Summary: Technological principles of producing layered metal-polymer materials based on polymer binders, aramide fabric and metal plates have been studied. Interrelation between type of surface metal treatment, adhesive properties at the metal-plastics interface and multilayer material characteristics has been determined. Maximum adhesion value was found when polysulfone was used as a binder and superhigh modulus fibers as a reinforcing material. Preliminary treatment of metal surface (microarc oxidation and chemical treatment for aluminum and mechanical and chemical treatment for titanium) was established to raise adhesive strength 2 to 4 times.

Interrelationship of between components of the composition and their characteristics with structure and properties of iron - based sintered material. pp. 78--82

Summary: The iron-base Ni-Cr alloys containing cast iron shaving wastes produced via conventional pressing - sintering technology were investigated. The influence of Ni-Cr and cast-iron contents and the technological variables such as their particle size on the mechanical properties of sintered specimens was studied. Increasing the Ni-Cr content from 0 to 4.5 w/o exhibit a positive effect on the mechanical properties, however further increasing the Ni-Cr in the composition to 6.0 w/o reduces the final properties. The highest mechanical properties were observed at Ni-Cr and Cast-iron particle sizes of 100-160 and 63-100 mm respectively. The microstructural analyses revealed, that the microstructure ofsintered materials structure is heterogeneous and more affected by Ni-Cr powder content in the composition.

Summary: Ni-Zn-Cu ferrite powders used in production of chip elements for electonic industry were prepared by coprecipitation and zol-gel methods. It was established that the increase of Cu content leads to the increase in material density, thus initial magnetic permeability is improved. It was shown, that magnetic charateristics of the produced material depend significantly on the its microstructure, in particular, on the grain size. Influence of V2O5, Bi2O3, BaWO4, WO3, NH4MoO4 additions on the sintering process was analyzed.
