ÍÎÂÎÑÒÈ ÌÅÄÈÊÎ-ÁÈÎËÎÃÈ×ÅÑÊÈÕ ÍÀÓÊ Èçäàòåëü Èíñòèòóò ôèçèîëîãèè ÍÀÍ Áåëàðóñè, Ìèíñê, Ðåñïóáëèêà Áåëàðóñü The Journal "News of Biomedical Sciences" publishes the results of experimental and theoretical research in the field of physiology and general pathology, neuromorphology and neurochemistry, biochemistry and toxicology, virusology, microbiology and immunology, medical biology and medical genetics, biophysics and biomedical technologies. |
1. Manuscripts should be submitted as experimental papers with a length not more than 10 pages and review papers of not more than 20 pages. The number of illustrations should not exceed 6, including Tables and Figures.
2. Each manuscript must be accompanied with a permit from an institution where the work has been done, indication a preferred journal's section, corresponding addresses, telephone and fax number.
3. Manuscripts must be submitted in two copies in double typing, one of which should be signed by all authors, as well as on a standard-format disk, preferably Word for Windows or Macintosh. The material may be in printer's system PageMaker (Macintosh). The text of Ventura system must have ASCII format (DOS). Texts in Lexicon (Multiedit, etc.) must be to the left, not contain word and page splits, and be indented where needed.
4. Manuscripts must be presented in the following order: a supposed section of the journal, initials and surname of authors, title of a paper, text including Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Acknowledgements, Summary, References, Tables with headings, Figures with legends.
5. Illustrations must be submitted in to copies. Figures on disk are in separate files in TIF format (For IBM) or in formats of Photoshop, Coreldraw, Adobe Illustrator packages (IBM, Macintosh). A Word-made figure must be united in a group or made through a figure-making option.
6. All references cited in the text should be arranged in alphabetical order. Citation of literature references in the text should be given by the order number from the List in square brackets.
