Summary: The problem of complete observability for linear stationary singularly perturbed dynamic system with pure delay is investigated. Some efficient conditions of complete (Gx-complete, Gy-complete) observability for these problems are obtained. They are expressed though the parameters of the systems being investigated and have algebraic form.

Summary: We give some conditions under which Weyl's theorem holds for the Kato essential spectrum and the Fredholm essential spectrum of closed linear operators on a Banach space.

Summary: Problems of simultaneous zero approximations by the values of analytical functions of a special form is studied. Upper bound for Hausdorff of set of complex numbers, when the exponent of approxirnation exceeds n2/2 + n/2 - 2 is obtained.

On invariant functionals on a matrix graduated algebra. pp. 27--32
Summary: It is proved that invariant functionals (with respect to conjugating in the general linear group) on the matrix algebra over some noncommutative algebra A are generated by the traces of matrices. This generalizes the super-case. All such functionals are described, the central polynomial is constructed.

Paragonal completely prime semigroups. pp. 33--38
Summary: The structure of completely prime and completely 0-prime paragonal semigroups (i.e. semigroups, for which every subsemigroup has a minimal generating set and any two its minimal generating sets have equal cardinalities is described. In particular, it is proved that any completely prime paragonal semigroup is a paragonal group or its sandwich-matrix has at most two columns or two rows and its maximal subgroup is the trivial group or a cyclic group.

Summary: Given any integer r³3, denote by Llr the class of edge hypergraphs for linear r-uniform hypergraphs. The problem of characterization for certain classes of hypergraphs of Llr by means of a finite list of forbidden vertexinduced partial hypergraphs is investigated.

Intramolecular charge transfer in the excited state of aminophenalenon derivatives. pp. 66--71
Summary: Spectroscopic characteristics of aminophenalenon derivatives in solvents of various polarity are investigated. It is established that the exited state lifetime and the constants of radiative and nonradiative transition significantly depend on nature of solvent. On the basis of obtained results the conclusion about conformational transformation of excited molecules accompanied by intramolecular charge transfer is made.

On solvability of some algebraic equations in ring of dual numbers. pp. 72--75
Summary: Commutative ring Du(Zn) is studied. Its elements are called dual n-numbers.They are z = x0 + Wz1, where W2 =0; z0, z1 ª Zn = CÅ CÅ...ÅC (total number of fields C is n). With the help of operations ()0 and ()-1 solvability of the general form of linear and quadratic algebraic equations in ring Du(Zn) is investigated as well as the existence of the k-th root of a dual n-number is considered.

Summary: The following conjecture is stated. If one knows that a physical differential equation has a one-dimensional wave solution then one can always construct a many-dimensional wave solution which is at the same time solution of a many-dimensional equation where the space variables x1,..., xn enter with equal status.

Summary: Relativistic equations of translational movement of a particle in a medium are integrated. Numeric estimates for some peculiarities of the movement such as pulsations, slow rotation of the elliptic orbit, secular extension of its large semiaxis, deviation from the planar movement are obtained.

Summary: The long-range component of electron-lattice interaction in YBa2Cu3O7 is calculated for low-frequency optical modes. Madelung potential gives rise to violation of electron-ion scattering selection rules valid in the Rigid Muffin-Tin approximation.

Conditions of phase conversions as spin reorientations in cubic ferromagnetics. pp. 88--92
Summary: Spin-reorientation phase state together with the constants of magnetic anisotropy and the factors of harmonic decomposition of rotating movement curve are considered.Conditions of realization of spin reorientation potentially possible in these materials are found on the base of catastrophe theory. Theory of micromagnetics is use for the comparative analysis. The theoretical results are checked with respect to monocrystal FeNi3. The phase magnetic diagram are constructed.

Comparative analysis of rate characteristics of bosonic and fermionic communication channels. pp. 93--97
Summary: Comparative analysis of rate characteristics of bosonic and fermionic communication channels is developed. It is shown that, 1012 bit/s is the limit above which an information transmission rate is essentially influenced by quantum effects at the room temperature. In quantum limits the capacity of a bosonic channel is two orders of magnitude greater than that of fermionic. For restricted band fermionic channels there are the maximum values of channel capacities and signal power.

Calculation of the absolute diffusion thermopower of Cu-Ni alloys on the basis of the APW method in the virtual crystal approximation. pp. 98--102
Summary: The non-linear augmented plane wave method within the framework of virtual crystal approximation is used for calculation based on the first principle of the absolute diffusion thermopower S(x) of disordered paramagnetic Cu1-x - Nix alloys. The calculation is performed for the interval of x from 0.1 to 1 using the Mott theory. Nonselfconsistent MT-potential is constructed on the base of the atomic Hartree -- Fock -- Roothan wave functions with a-exchange correction satisfying the virtual theorem. The calculated dependence S(x) is compared with experimental one.

Influence of near-surface region on electrochromic properties of sodium tungsten bronzes. pp. 103--107
Summary: We study the influence of near-surface region on electrochromic properties of sodium tungsten bronze crystals. Element surface analysis of NaxWO3 is carried out by methods of SIMS and ESCA. Influence of anodic polarization and. electrochromic coloration-bleaching on the near-surface region of crystals are investigated. Anodic polarization causes the extraction of sodium from near-surface region. Mechanism of anodic polarization and electrochromic coloration of NaxWO3 are discussed.

Changes of electro-physical properties of vanadium -- silicon composition under laser treatment in alkanes. pp. 108--111
Summary: Peculiarities of phase composition and electrophysical properties of vanadium-silicon composition under laser treatment in alkanes is studied. Laser treatment was performed by using an LTI-701 laser at l = 0.532 µm and power of 1.0 -- 1.5 W and an LTI-501 laser at l = 1.06 µm and power of 1.5 -- 7.0 W. Laser treatment of V -- Si in alkanes results in formation of vanadium carbide and vanadium oxide, and changes in the phase composition cause changes in V -- Si electrophysical properties. Laser treatment of V -- Si composition in alkanes makes it possible to form a rectifying contact with given parameters depending on laser irradiation power.

Summary: The multicriterion optimization problem on a system of subsets of a finite set (trajectorial problem) with MINMAX criteria is considered. A lower bound of the stability radius for an. arbitrary monotone norm in the space of problem's coefficients is obtained.

Synchronic mode competing processes interaction in parallel processing. pp. 117--122
Summary: A mathematical model of the distributed processing of competing processes is proposed. Mathematical relations for computing the minimum total execution time of the competing nonuniform, uniform and equally distributed processes in the synchronic modes of process interaction, processors and blocks are obtained.

An algorithm of invisible surface removal for three-dimensional objects when approximating with convex polyhedrons. pp. 127--131
Summary: A solution of the 3D invisible surface removal problem when the convex polyhedron approximation is used is given.The presented algorithm is based on the dyadic space decomposition and inter-picture homogeneity with respect to observability. Results of practical experimentation are also given. The algorithm showed its effectiveness when visual information processing of medical character is performed.
