Effect of main components content on structure and properties of copper-graphite materials. pp. 5--9

Summary: Investigations are carried out of the main component content as well as the grade and the dispersion of the graphite of the influence on structure and on properties of copper-graphite materials. A visible effect of these parameters on structure, strength when compressing, ability to deform and electric conduction of copper-graphite materials is shown. The capability of large particles of artificial graphite to relax stresses in a copper matrix in areas being boundary to the graphite is determined. In is revealed that an increase of the graphite content more that 10 mass. % results in decrease of strength and in increase of electric resistance more than 2 times.

Research of physical and mechanical properties of hermetical material on the base of secondary polystyrene and rubber. pp. 10--13

Summary: There are development and research the guard-hermetical material on the base of secondary polystyrene and rubber synthetic sodium divinyl. The overlapping of the given polymers was realized with the help of optimally-compatible designed ratio of mixture of the ecological safe solvents (acetone and hexane). The optimally-compatible mixture of the solvents was selected with the help of the developed method of the analysis of three- dimensional parameters of solubility of interreacting components. There are investigated adhesion strength, hardness and plasticity of the obtained material.

The determination of a pulling punch velocity at radial expand of powder coatings. pp. 14--16

Summary: In work linear speed of pulling punch using factor of shift viscosity, a root-mean-square stress, initial and final porosity, internal diameter of blank and geometrical parameters of the punch providing radial expand of a powder layer at deposition of coating using centrifugal induction method are determined.

Development of low-tonnage metallurgy of high-purity non-ferrous and noble metals in PhTI of NAS of Belarus. pp. 17--18

Summary: High quality vital parts such as cathode targets used in radio electronics can be obtained from high-purity metals with the aid of a specific combination of metallurgical methods which involve a vacuum melting, chill casting in protective atmosphere and subsequent directional crystallization.

Scientific fundamentals of dynamic load process creation and development of the concept of its decrease in drives of oscillating working parts. pp. 23--32

Summary: The outcomes of differential equations qualitative analysis of motion of drives of machine's oscillating parts are conducted. It is shown that in such drives both forced, and parametric oscillations take place. For a dynamic load decrease in such drives the concept of build up of two methods: kinematics and force ones is developed. This concept permitted to obtain characteristics of oscillating drives of working parts close to the same of rotary motion drives.

Summary: Object of research is ore hoist. The mathematical model of object containing elements with distributed parameters is presented. Proposed model of this object in finite-dimensional type is available with numerical simulation, both in frequency, and in time area.

Summary: The basic approaches to maintenance of reliable and safe operation of the pipeline systems made from constructional steels of small and average durability are formulated, on the basis of the expanded opportunities by definition of characteristics of impact strength and crack resistance, both in methodical, and instrument maintenance.

Commercial testing of the critical parts manufacturing technology from deformed cast iron. pp. 47--53

Summary: The casting-deformation technology is developed for manufacturing parts from cast iron that involves obtaining a casting, its preliminary thermal treatment and mechanical working, preheating for subsequent extrusion, hot plastic deformation in a special die tooling with the aid of a series equipment and finishing thermal treatment and mechanical working. The technology is mastered at Minsk truck plant and is advised for implementation at machine-building enterprises.

Summary: A new approach is applied to the problem of compatible impedances. The theory is focused on Darlington's passive load with the transmission zeroes in the RHP of complex frequency. Despite the limited class of load impedances under discussion obtained results can be applied to the wide range of broadband matching problems.

Synthesis of transfer functions for arbitrary load and source impedances. pp. 63--67

Summary: Synthesis of transfer functions for arbitrary load and source impedances is based on the extension of the Darlington's method. Problems of physical realizability of matching circuits are under consideration. Results obtained can be applied for a wide range of broadband matching problems.

Summary: The synthesis of the complex stochastic system optimal control in the conflict conditions is considered. The consistent procedure of optimization is proposed. This procedure include the problems of filtering, optimal phase co-ordinates and optimal structure control. The optimal structure control is based on the matrix games theory.

Segmentation of medical images using homogeneity and color characteristics histogram. pp. 76--83

Summary: A new homogeneity and color characteristics histogram based algorithm of color cell image segmentation is proposed. It includes a modified edge detection algorithm based on Sobel operator and the procedure of RGB ® HSV transformation that was applied to decrease number of operations and increase the segmentation quality.

Optimal dynamic image reconstruction on the base of recurrent least square method for tomographic purposes. pp. 84--89

Summary: An approach to the dynamic image reconstruction task in tomography is proposed which is based on the recurrent least square method. On the base of proposed quadratic criterion a recurrent optimal reconstruction algorithm is obtained using the least square method. In the algorithm there are two regularisation coefficients which are chosen empirically using the knowledge about image time correlation and signal to noise ratio. The equations for algorithm convergence and reconstruction accuracy are derived. The efficiency of the proposed algorithm is shown by examples.

The classification of robust local-planimetric coordinate servo-systems is offered.

Mathematical modeling and research of technological drives state on the basis of cluster analysis. pp. 100--105

Summary: The paper considers the method of diagnosis of the state of mechanical transmissions on the basis of combinatorial Monte-Carlo algorithm and cluster analysis of solutions in the factor space of parameters. The efficiency value of the transmission at different magnitudes of operating load is used as a diagnostic parameter. An example of practical realization of the method is given.

The estimation of deformation appearance possibility in the soil body. pp. 106--108

Summary: Because of considerable errors it was suggested to use vibration shift volume represented by certain frequency range instead of critical acceleration criteria which allows to estimate possibility of shift and volume irreversible deformations appearance under existing wave processes in the soil body.

The formulation task of an optimal evaluation of infrared systems for workshop heating. pp. 117--124

Summary: The task of construction parameters evaluation of the infrared heating system for a workshop is formulated. The evaluation allows to determine a type of infrared irradiators, their amount and their places in a room as well as an algorithm of their working power in order to achieve the minimal requirements in energy by heating of the workshop in the heating season by which a microclimate in a working zone meets the sanitary and technological requirements.
