Representatives of NASB Organizations Receive Awards Confined to Day of Inventor and Rationalizer

On the June 26th, 2020, on the eve of the Day of Inventor and Rationalizer, the National Centre of Intellectual Property hosted an award ceremony for scientific inventors. The ceremony held on behalf of the Chairman of the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus was presided over by Vladimir Ryabovolov, the General Director of the National Centre of Intellectual Property. He expressed congratulations on the professional holiday on behalf of Jury Nazarov, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus, and Alexander Shumilin, the Chairman of the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus.

The award recipients included representatives of the NAS of Belarus.

Award certificates of the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus were granted to:

  • Vadim Savich, the First Deputy Director – Deputy Scientific Director of State Scientific Institution Powder Metallurgy Institute n.a. academician O. Roman, for promotion of creation and development of innovative and high-tech production during implementation of state technical programs, for personal contribution to training of highly-skilled professionals in thermal engineering and powder metallurgy.
  • Victor Maziuk, the Head of scientific and research laboratory of capillary-porous materials of State Scientific Institution Powder Metallurgy Institute n.a. academician O. Roman, for development of new types of equipment and technologies, accumulation of new knowledge by means of fundamental research, and for personal contribution to training of highly-skilled professionals in thermal engineering and powder metallurgy.
  • Awards for fruitful activities in intellectual property field and in respect of the Day of Inventor and Rationalizer were given to:

  • Valentina Krutko, the Head of photochemistry and electrochemistry laboratory of the Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry of National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
  • Alexander Muravsky, the Head of “LED device materials and technologies” laboratory of the Institute of Chemistry of New Materials of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
