In memory of the scientist :: KOZLOV Yuri Konstantinovich

Yuri Konstantinovich Kozlov (b. in Moscow, 07.01.1928 – 12.08.2016), economist. Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (1974), Doctor of Economic Sciences (1968), Professor (1971).

— Graduated from Moscow Technological Institute of Light Industry (1951).
— Until 1953 - Foreman at the factory.
— Since 1954 - in the Council for the Study of Productive Forces of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR.
— Since 1958 - in the Central Economic Research Institute of the State Planning Committee of the RSFSR.
— Since 1960 - at the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR.
— Since 1963 - Head of the Laboratory of the Central Research Institute of Heavy Machinery.
— Since 1964 - Head of the Sector of the Council for the Study of Productive Forces under the State Planning Committee of the USSR.
— Since 1971 - Director of the Main Research Computing Center of the Executive Committee of the Moscow City Council.
— In 1973-1979 - Director of the Research Institute of Economics and Economic and Mathematical Planning Methods at the State Planning Committee of the BSSR.
— Since 1982 - Head of the Department of the Moscow Institute of Management, Professor of the Moscow State University of Design and Technology.

Scientific works in the field of optimal planning, development and placement of the productive forces of the country, the creation of automated systems for managing the national economy. Contributed to the development of the placement of individual branches of engineering and their complexes.

Author of more than 50 scientific papers, incl. 8 monographs.

Awarded with medals.
