On April 26, the First Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus S.A. Chizhik met with the delegations of the 6th Academy of the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation headed by Chairman Wang Wanjun and Chinese-Belarusian High-Tech Aerospace Research and Development Center headed by Chairman of the Board of Directors Li Ping.

During the meeting, the parties discussed promising areas of cooperation between the organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and Chinese partners in the aerospace field. Developments in the field of additive technologies, as well as participation in projects in the field of lunar exploration, have been identified as the most promising areas of cooperation for the near future.

On April 27, in the Great Stone Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park, the participants of the meeting held the opening ceremony of the Chinese-Belarusian International Joint Laboratory of Plasma Technologies, created by the Chinese-Belarusian High-Tech Aerospace Research and Development Center and the Institute of Heat and Mass Transfer named after A.V. Lykov of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
