On May 5, Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus V.G. Gusakov met with Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chinese-Belarusian High-Tech Aerospace Research and Development Center Li Ping.

During the meeting, the parties discussed promising areas of cooperation between the organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and Chinese partners in the aerospace field, and also reached an agreement on signing a Memorandum of Understanding between the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the Chinese National Space Administration on cooperation on the International Lunar Research Station and exploring the possibility of creating a joint structure for work in areas related to space.
