Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus on Food holds a Quality Day of fat-and-oil products

On May 16, 2023 Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus on Food holds a Quality Day of fat-and-oil products produced in the Republic of Belarus and imported.

The program of the event will include an exhibition-tasting of fat-and-oil products. An exchange of views is planned at the meeting of the Central Tasting Commission for the evaluation of organoleptic characteristics of mayonnaise products of domestic and imported production sold in retail chains of the Republic of Belarus.

The event will be attended by:
- representatives of the concern Belgospischeprom; Gomel Fat Plant, Minsk Margarine Plant, Belmyasprominvest;
- employees of the technology department of confectionery and fat-and-oil products of the Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus on Food;
- employees of the laboratory for studying the nutritional status of the population of the Scientific and Practical Hygiene Center;
- representatives of the Fat-and-Oil Union of Russia and the Fat-and-Oil Association of the EAEU;
- employees of the Department of Biotechnology of the Belarusian State Technological University.

The participants of the event will make presentations. The event is held in a mixed format (in person / per video link). An open tasting of samples of mayonnaise products of domestic and imported production, sold in retail chains of the Republic of Belarus, is expected.
