Scientific and Practical Center of the NAS of Belarus on Food invites to the Quality Day of confectionery products

On May 23, 2023, Scientific and Practical Center of the NAS of Belarus on Food invites to the Quality Day of confectionery products manufactured by confectionery and bakery enterprises of the Republic of Belarus, as well as confectionery products of foreign production.

The program of the event includes tasting of various types of waffles; oatmeal cookies; butter cookies; confectionery products based on toffee, milk, milk-containing and soft caramel masses, as well as a competent assessment of the organoleptic characteristics of these types of confectionery products.

Within the framework of the Quality Day in the format of a round table, problematic issues of technical regulation and standardization in the confectionery industry will be considered.
The participants of the event will be representatives of the concern Belgospischeprom, the branch of the OOO Selhozinvest Dragichyn Starch Factory, SOOO PSBEL.
Specialists of the department of confectionery and fat-and-oil products technologies of Scientific and Practical Center of the NAS of Belarus on Food plan to hold a master class on the use of syrups in the manufacture of granola bars and a master class on the use of cocoa powder in the manufacture of flour confectionery.
