The delegation of the NAS of Belarus took part in the regional seminar Intellectual Property is a Key Factor of Integration in the Eurasian Space, which was held on June 13–14 on the basis of the National Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve Niasvizh.
Alexander Kilchevsky, Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus, delivered a welcoming speech.

During the Seminar, the participants considered the issues of integration in the field of intellectual property within the Eurasian Space, the functioning of the system in the face of modern challenges, the management of intellectual property on the territory of the EAEU. The exhibition, organized within the framework of the Seminar, presented innovative developments of the organizations of the NAS of Belarus (Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus on Food, Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry, Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus on Agriculture).

The forum is organized by the Eurasian Patent Office, the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, the National Center of Intellectual Property with the assistance of the World Intellectual Property Organization and the NAS of Belarus. The Seminar was attended by heads of Belarusian and foreign intellectual property departments, representatives of ministries, departments and other state organizations of the EAEU countries, representatives of the Eurasian Patent Office, the World Intellectual Property Organization, the Eurasian Economic Commission, and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
