On June 29, 2023, the opening of the 4th International Congress Science, Nutrition and Health took place in the NAS of Belarus.

The Chief Scientific Secretary of the NAS Vasily Gursky read out the welcoming speech of the Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus Vladimir Gusakov. Academician of the NAS of Belarus Zenon Lovkis and Director General of the Scientific and Practical Center of the NAS of Belarus on Food Alexey Meleschenya also delivered a welcoming speech.

Within the framework of the Forum on June 29–30, 2023, participants will discuss the following areas of work:
- Nutrition as a component of human health. Medical, social and spiritual aspects of proper nutrition of the population, dietetics
- Evaluation of baby food: obesity, allergic reactions, functional disorders
- Fortification of food with vitamins and micronutrients
- Healthy food industry: industrial biotechnologies, prospects for the development of plant and animal raw materials processing
- Functional and specialized food in preventive and rehabilitation programs
- Food Quality and Safety Management
