On July 5–6, 2023, the Strategic session Russia – Belarus. Education. Science. Technology transfer took place. Within the framework of this Forum, a delegation of the Institute of Regional Development, the management company of the world-class scientific and educational center Engineering of the Future, visited the NAS of Belarus.

The guests got acquainted with the exhibition of the NAS of Belarus Achievements of National Science for Production, the activities of the NAS of Belarus, visited a number of institutes of the NAS of Belarus.

On July 5, issues of the current state of implementation of the roadmap projects by levels of technological and market readiness were discussed at the Session meeting, proposals for their development were developed. First Deputy Chairman of the NAS of Belarus Sergey Chizhik and Director General of the world-class scientific and educational center Engineering of the Future - Institute of Regional Development, Adviser to the Governor of the Samara Region Olga Mikheeva delivered a welcoming speech. A presentation of new projects for inclusion in the roadmap was held.

On July 6, Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus Vladimir Gusakov delivered a welcoming speech at the Session. In his speech, Vladimir Grigorievich noted that Russia is a priority partner for the Belarusian side and the NAS of Belarus is open to cooperation in any fields, including digitalization, IT, mechanical engineering, pharmaceuticals, medicine and healthcare, in the field of humanities. The presentation of the work results of the science and education groups took place. The optimal mechanisms of technology transfer and the format of the work of the Russian-Belarusian Technology Transfer Center (RBTTC) were determined.

The roadmap of scientific and technical cooperation for 2022–2025 between the NAS of Belarus and the management company of the world-class scientific and educational center Engineering of the Future - Institute of Regional Development was signed on June 27, 2022.
