Four young specialists – graduates of Belarusian universities joined the staff of the Institute of Physiology of the NAS of Belarus. On August 9, the presentation of new employees to the institute’s staff took place. Dmitry Tapalsky, Deputy Director for Scientific Work, expressed hope that young scientists will be able to realize themselves in science by becoming part of a cohesive team of the institute and the academic community as a whole. “In science, the result depends not only on you, but also on who is next to you – on your mentors”, Dmitry Tapalsky said. “An experienced colleague will help plan the experiment, lay the first skills of independent results processing, give an impetus to constant self-development and self-organization.” “Young professionals will be supported in protecting their rights and interests, organizing active recreation and health promotion”, Svetlana Kohan said, Chairman of the Trade Union Committee.

To make this day even more memorable, young employees were presented with souvenirs with the symbols of the institute.
