On August 19, 2023, a meeting was held between the leadership of the United Institute of Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and representatives of the National University of Defense Technology (PRC).

A number of issues were discussed during the meeting. Among them: the draft Lecture Agreements (Session 2) in the Field of Information Technology and Mathematics; the draft Guidelines for the Implementation of a Joint Doctoral Training Program; the draft Guidelines for the Implementation of Invited Scientists to China; the memorandum of understanding between the UIIP and the Kaiyuan Institute of Mathematics on the creation of a joint laboratory; the participation of UIIP scientists in the project ART Challenge 2023 and in the projects of the International Joint Research Note.

The meeting resulted in the signing of the Minutes of the meeting.
