A delegation of scientists from the NAS of Belarus took part in the First Belarusian-Uzbek Women's Business Forum, which was held in Minsk on September 5–7, 2023.

On September 5, 2023, the section Implementation of Partnership in the Field of Science and Education was held at the National Children's Technopark. Vasily Gursky, Chief Scientific Secretary of the NAS of Belarus, Emilia Kolomiets, Director General of the State Scientific and Production Association Chemical Synthesis and Biotechnology, and Yulia Kochurko, Head of the Directorate of Scientific and Organizational and Legal Work of the NAS of Belarus, Chairman of the primary organization of the Belarusian Women’s Union of the NAS of Belarus, made speeches at the meeting. They presented information about the activities of the Academy of Sciences, the results of the activities of the organizations of the Academy of Sciences, and about the role of women in Belarusian science to the participants of the business forum.

On September 6, 2023, scientific organizations of the NAS of Belarus presented their latest developments at the exhibition Made in Belarus, which was launched at the sites of the National Library, where the Plenary session Women in Business – the Potential for the Development of Business Cooperation Between Belarus and Uzbekistan was held. In total, over 20 developments were presented that could interest the participants of the business forum. Among them are a genetic passport, artificial emeralds of jewelry quality, food for children on fruit and vegetable, meat and dairy bases, canned and confectionery products, bakery products, medicines.
