From November 14 to 16, 2023, the events of the International Science Festival of the Union State will take place on the basis of the NAS of Belarus. Within the framework of the Festival, it is planned to hold scientific and practical events on November 14–16, 2023 in Minsk and strategic sessions on the sidelines of the 3rd Congress of Young Scientists on November 28–30, 2023 in Sochi.

On the Belarusian side, the Festival is organized by the NAS of Belarus. The organizers from the Russian side are the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, the Coordinating Council for Youth Affairs in the Scientific and Educational Spheres of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Science and Education and the Project Office of the International Youth Cooperation Russia – Belarus. 100 young scientists of scientific organizations of Belarus and Russia (50 people from Belarus and Russia each) will take part in the events of the International Science Festival of the Union State in the NAS of Belarus.

According to the organizers, the main objectives of the International Science Festival of the Union State are to attract talented young people of Russia and the Republic of Belarus to the field of research and development, to exchange experience and to promote the involvement of young researchers in solving socially significant problems of the development of the Union State.
