On January 25, 2024, at 14.00, the Institute of Philosophy of the NAS of Belarus (Minsk, Surganava str., 1, building 2, room 302) is awarding the winners of the Republican Academic Olympics in Philosophy 2023 for high school pupils with international participation. The award ceremony is organized as part of the events of the Year of Quality and timed to coincide with the Day of Belarusian Science.

The Academic Olympics, organized jointly with the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Belarusian State University and the Belarusian Philosophical Society, were attended by more than two hundred high school pupils from Belarus, Russia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, the competition was held in two categories – works in Belarusian and Russian, works in English. The participants of the competition wrote an essay based on one of the proposed fragments of philosophical texts, the authors of the best works participated in an oral discussion via videoconference.

The award ceremony will be attended by the winners, prize-winners and participants of the Academic Olympics, the awarding will be held in a face-to-face and remote format.
