On March 25, 2024, Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus Sergey Chizhik presented the Grand Medal of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus to Alexander Laskovnyov, Head of the branch laboratory of the Physico-Technical Institute of the NAS of Belarus, Doctor of Technics, academician, for significant personal contribution to the development of the theory and technological foundations of low-waste production of composite materials using aluminum powders and in connection with the 75th anniversary of his birth.

Academician Alexander Laskovnyov was also awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research.
