On September 7-11, 2015 NAS of Belarus will host the 9th International Scientific Conference “Microbial technologies: fundamental and applied aspects” dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the NASB Institute (Department) of Microbiology. The conference will focus on the latest achievements in the field of microbiology and biotechnology, modern trends and approaches to development of biologics for agriculture, food industry, medicine, environmental protection as well as include discussions of the prospects of use of biotechnological inventions as a basis of scientific-technical progress and innovative development of the country. It has been planned to hold within the framework of the conference a panel on the results of the Eurasian Economic Community Interstate Program implementation and a meeting of the Eastern Palearctic Regional Section of the International Organization for Biological Control.
