On September 24, 2015 the NAS of Belarus hosted a meeting of the joint Russian-Belarusian Working Group for preparation of proposals on the list and contents of advanced programmes of the Union State and cooperation between the organizations and enterprises of the Russian Federal Space Agency and the NAS of Belarus. The meeting was co-chaired by Head of Office, National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Pyotr Vityaz and Head of Department of Strategic Planning, Russian Federal Space Agency, Yuri Makarov.
