On March 24, 2016 the NAS of Belarus and the National Press Centre of the Republic of Belarus held an off-site press event devoted to the results of implementation of the Union State program "Nanotechnology – SG" and the start of a new Union State program "Technology – SG." The event was held at the A.V.Lykov Institute of Heat and Mass Transfer of NAS of Belarus. The Director of the Institute Oleg Penyazkov, the Deputy Director on scientific work and innovation activities Valentin Astashynski and the Head of the Department of scientific support for the scientific and technical programs, Executive Director of both programs Zinaida Parkhomova spoke to the media on these issues.

Representatives of 20 mass media visited the Physical-Chemical Hydrodynamics Laboratory and the High-Accuracy Surface Treatment Laboratory. There they were presented the latest developments in this field.
