On April 24, 2016 (Sunday) the summer season 2016 will be open in the Central Botanical Garden of the NAS of Belarus. Being a natural monument of Republican significance and landscape architecture of the second half of the twentieth century, the Central Botanical Garden all year round pleases the citizens of Minsk and guests of the capital with its beauty and remains a favorite holiday destination at any time of the year. However, the botanical garden is especially beautiful in spring when primroses, tulips, hyacinths, narcissuses begin to blossom. Moreover, you will enjoy incomparable view of cherry blossom, Kobus magnolia, Manchurian cherry (bird cherry), English hawthorn and many other interesting plants.

In summer 2016 a number of events and festivals, including the “Victory Day”, “Week of lilac”, 4th open championship in floristic art "Cornflower Crown", "Day of Roses", "Independence Day", "Kupalle" (“Kupala Night”), is planned to be held in the Botanical Garden.

Cost of the entrance tickets to the landscape area of the botanical garden: for adults — 60 000 BYR; for pupils, students, pensioners, militaries of regular term — 30 000 BYR.
