International Conference “Ungulates in a Changing World – Consequences for Population Dynamics, Migration and Management” to be held on September 19-21, 2016

On September 19-21, 2016 the International Conference “Ungulates in a Changing World – Consequences for Population Dynamics, Migration and Management” will be held on the territory of the tourist complex "Krasny Bor" (Belarus).

The conference will bring together leading scientists from 13 countries. Important aim of the Conference is an exchange of ideas between wildlife scientists and wildlife managers to facilitate a science-based management of ungulate populations.

The conference will discuss the following issues:
• demography
• reproduction biology
• migrations
• impact of climate change on population dynamics
• trophic cascades
• science-based management

• The Mammal Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences (Poland, Białowieża).
