As part of the 20th International specialized exhibition “Automation and Electronics 2017” being held at the BelExpo exhibition center (Minsk, vul. Ja.Kupaly, 27), the 5th International scientific and practical conference “Innovation Technologies, Automation and Mechatronics in Mechanical Engineering and Instrumentation” started its work on 8 February 2017. The conference is organized by the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, and the Belarusian National Technical University. The conference is attended by representatives of several institutions of the NAS of Belarus, namely of the Physics and Technology Institute, the Joint Institute of Mechanical Engineering, the United Institute of Informatics problems, and the Institute of Powder Metallurgy. The NASB participants present reports on issues of robotics, additive technologies, nanoscale technologies in manufacture of coatings, and improvement of stamping technologies at the conference.
