On August 9, 2017 a representative delegation of the Republic of Sudan visited the Researchers Training Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Negotiations on cooperation between higher education institutions of Sudan and the Researchers Training Institute of the NAS of Belarus were held. After the talks, the Rector of Researchers Training Institute of the NAS of Belarus Ihar I. Hancharonak and rectors of three leading universities in Sudan (Bahri, Al Neelain, Kassala) signed agreements on cooperation in the sphere of development of higher education, research training and academic mobility of teaching staff and students.
