Solving systems of logical equations by the method of local reduction.
Summary: The problem of finding roots in large systems of logical equations each of which includes restricted number of variables is considered. A new method based on vector representation of regarded Boolean functions and their local reduction is suggested for its solution. The proposed method was applied to one cryptanalytical problem reduced to solving a system with 131 unknowns, and the result witnessed its very high efficiency.

Summary: The concept of modular function of a locally compact topological semigroup with the open translation mappings, which have a nonzero left invariant measure and a nonzero right invariant measure is give. The relations between left invariant measures and right invariant measures on such semigroups are establish. The unimodular semigroups which are algebraically embedded in groups are described.

Summary: In the present paper the convergence explicit difference schemes for the first initial boundary problem for one-dimensional quasilinear heat equation with the unlimited nonlinearity is studied. The coordinated estimates of the convergence's speed in discrete L2 -- norm for the weak solutions from W2,12 are obtained.

Constructing subpolyhedron bounding volume in the regular polyhedron in R3. pp. 37--40
Summary: We call the polyhedron P whose every simplex is incident to 2-simplex the regular polyhedron. It has been proved, that for a regular polyhedron P the smallest bodies can be constructed in O(n) time with O(n log n) time of the preliminary processing, if after removing all 2-simpleces non-bounding volumes the received polyhedron is strongly connected. In general case the smallest bodies can be constructed in O(nr) time, where n -- the number of 2-simpleces of P, and r -- the number of the strongly connected components of P which are the borders of the smallest bodies.

Electronic communication channel in the model of free degenerate Fermi gas. pp. 44--47
Summary: On the base of the negentropy principle the influence of quantum statistics of information carriers on the information rate limit of an electronic communication channel is investigated.
It is shown that in the model of free degenerate Fermi gas the quantum-statistical properties of electrons begin to influence the capacity of one-dimensional channel at information transmission rates of the order of 1016 bit/s and perhaps even at lower rates. Quantum communication channels with two- and three-dimensional distributions of electrons are energetically less favourable for information transmission in comparison with one-dimensional channels. This is caused by degeneration of power levels of two- and three-dimensional channels.
Cellular automaton model for evolution of complex systems. pp. 48--51
Summary: The stochastic discrete space-time model of an immune response on tumor spreading in a two-dimensional square lattice has been developed. The immunity-tumor interactions are described at the cellular level and then transferred into the setting of cellular automata (CA). The multistate CA mode] for the system, in which all states of lattice sites, composing of both immune and tumor cells populations, are the functions of the states of the 12 nearest neighbors. The CA model incorporates the essential features of the immunity-tumor system. Three regimes of neoplastic evolution including metastatic tumor growth and screen effect by inactive immune cells surrounding a tumor have been predicted. Time series generated by the model follows the empirical Hursts law and demonstrates the strictly persistent character of the tumor growth with low noise level.
Topological quantum field theories and probabilistic interpretation in quantum gravitation. pp. 52--54
Summary: It is shown that if quantum gravity is topological quantum field theory (TQFT), then waveflinction of the Universe has explicit probability interpretation.

Summary: It has been shown that the solvophobic effect stady from dependence of the composition of two-component solution water-organic nonelectrolytie allow prediction the concentration borders of his microscopical demixture, which coincide with the prediction of the traditional physical methods.

Inhibition of lipid peroxidation initiated by radiation. pp. 62--65
Summary: Inhibition of lipid peroxidation initiated by g-radiation has ben studied. Gallic polydisulfide, previously reported as an effective antioxidant, has been used as the inhibitor. It has been demonstrated that gallic dislilfide exhibited high inhibiting efficiency in conditions of the radiation-initiated lipid peroxidation owing to the effect of intramolecular synergism.

The influence of genetic background of D/R wheat substituted lines of Cv. Thatcher on expression of dominant gene Vrn 1.
Summary: Expression of the dominant gene Vrn 1 defining a spring type of developing common wheat variety Thatcher was revealed to be inhibited by a genetic background of D/R substituted lines of the given variety. The manifestation degree of the gene studied depends on substitution in a certain chromosome of D-genome. 2D/2R and 6D/6R substitution exerts the heaviest inhibiting effect.

The bioelectric brain activity of the cheerful and narcotized animals infuenced by microwaves. pp. 73--75
Summary: The bioelectric brain activity was investigated by spectral correlation method and nonlinear dynamics method. It was created that the cheerful animals influenced by microwaves are felt nonspecific reaction of syncronization and may be depression in the brain activity systems. It was noted in arizing the desyncronization elements through the increasing of spectral components in a- and b-ranges of electroencephalograms. It was probably consequence the brain crust of cerebral hemispheres influenced by the activated brain systems.

Effect of choline bioking agents on the nerve growth factor concentration in blood of mice under zoosocial stress. pp. 76--78
Summary: Abolition of the central muscarinic and peripheral nicotinic cholinoreactive structures by the selektive antagonists (amyzil 30 mg/kg, ganglerone 30 mg/kg) was found to substantially limit an increase in serum nerve growth factor (b-NGF) during zoosocial interplay but did not affect the level in isolated animals. Hence, the b-NGF level in blood serum in early forming community is controlled by the brain muscarinic and gangliar nicotinic receptors.

Metabolic cyclophophosphamide activation under induction of [Ah] gene battery expression. pp. 79--81
Summary: Induction of [Ah] gene battery expression by bifunctional b-naphthoflavone inducer was shown to result in increasing mutagenic effect of cyclophosphamide in bone marrow cells of "Ah-inducible" mice C57BI/6J. There was no such an increase in "Ah-noninducible" mice DBA/2. The findings point to involving the enzyme group encoded by [Ah] gene battery in metabolic activation of cyclophosphamide.
The superoxide dismutase activity in greening barley leaves at porphyrinogenesis induced with Cs+ cations. pp. 82--85
Summary: Change of the superoxide dismutase activity (SOD) an enzyme scavenged of superoxide radicals (O -2) in greening barley leaves accumulating uroporphyrinogen III (UROgen), uroporphyrin III (URO) and the inactive protochlorophyllide (Pchlide) have been investigated. The Cs+ cations were used as inducers of porphyrinogenesis. The SOD-activity not changed in leaves accumulating UROgen. At that time the SOD-activity especially their chloroplastic isoforms were activated in leaves containing URO and Pchlide. Peculiarities of O -2 accumulation and change the SOD-activity in leaves accumulating porphyrins are discussed.

New type of mineral waters within territory of Belarus.
Summary: The new tupe of the mineral waters has been discovered in Belarus in the section of the jurassic deposits of the Pripyat trough. About 240--289 of mg/dm3 humic compounds is in the water composition. Water chemistry is characterized. The problems of the origin, spread and perspective of mineral water use are discussed.

Peculiarities of palaeogeography of the Kryvina mire vicinity in the Late Glacial and Holocene. pp. 98--101
Summary: In the result of complex investigations of deposits composition and pollen spectra it was stated, that Krivina mire, situated in the Belarusian Poozerje, has originated ~ 7800 BP on the place of a palaeolake. Several regression levels are recognized in the development of the palaeolake. Stages of the vegetation forming in the study area are described. Three phases of the human impact on the environment are revealed.
The prognosis of depth lie of boundary division fresh and mineralized underground water in conditions of contact. pp. 102--105
Summary: The equations are proposed for definition of the depth of the lie of boundary of the division fresh and mineralized underground waters. The evaluation of depth of this boundary is fulfilled in one point Byelorussia.

Summary: Optimal kinematic parameters for asymmetric rolling that ensure maximal reduction of normal contact stresses in comparison with usual rolling are designed.

Evolution and structural levels of materials: adaptive composites. pp. 114--118
Summary: The systematic analysis of the problem permitted the authors to trace the evolution of structural organisation and demands to artificial materials, reveal the mechanisms of their adaptivity to external action and disclose the structure influence on the formation of adverse effect. With scale levels of the structure (molecular, meso-, macroscopic and polycomponental) changes of the differentiation of material functions are observed. For the illustration of conception numerical model is developed when adaptive reaction simulated by controlling moving boundary inherent to adaptive composites.

Summary: The properties of polimeric materials, that was modificated a small additive of ultra dispersion carbon clusters, are reseached. The ultra dispersion clusters of carbon was made by explogne technology. The effect of complex changes of physical-technical, rheological and adhesive qualities of modificated thermoplasts and thermoelasticplasts is determined.
