Synthesis of linear discrete systems with almost periodic solutions. pp. 5--7

Summary: Let xt+1 =Atxt + bt+1ut+1 + ft+1, be a time-varying discrete system with almost periodic coefficients. We consider the problem for determination of the feedback control ut = dtxt-1 such that the closed system xt+1 = (At + bt+1 dt+1) xt + ft+1 has a unique almost periodic solution. The necessary and sufficient conditions for solvability of that problem are established.

Summary: The problem of time optimal control with the state constraints, which are entered in the form of the counting number of linear inequalities is solved. The adjoint function constructed for proof of optimality has a counting number of jumps.

Dissipative inequality for non-linear passive inputoutput dynamic systems. pp. 13--17

Summary: For non-linear invariant input-output dynamical systems the passivity conditions under some restrictions are obtained. The conditions imply storage functions satisfying dissipative inequality. A class of storage functions allowing a unique reconstruction of passive dynamic system is defined.

Summary: The paper proves that a finite group G is p-soluble if <x, y> is p-soluble for every p'-element x and every p'-element y in G.

Synthesis of connected hypergraphs with prescribed parameters. pp. 38--41

Summary: The results of computer simulation of copper implantation process with high doses of nitrogen ions are presented. The process was assisted by carbon layer deposition onto the surface. Theoretical calculations were compared to experimental data obtained by means of RBS for copper samples irradiated by N2+ ions (E = 200 keV, D = 7•1017 cm-2). The comparison, enabled the authors to make conclusions on type of the processes accompanying high-dose ion doping of copper.

Summary: The common combinatorial nature of existence theorems and constructive techniques concerning hypergraphs with prescribed parameters is disclosed. This approach is applied to unified solution of three open problems of constructing connected hypergraphs with given degree sequences.

Possibility of Anderson transition in semiconductor nanocrystal ensemble. pp. 45--47

Summary: Absorption spectrum of a quantum dot ensemble was found to exhibit a systematic evolution with dot concentration from a set of discrete subbands inherent in isolated nanocrystals to a smooth band-edge absorption similar to that of bulk semiconductors. The results are interpreted in terms of the Anderson transition which occurs in a system of close-packed nanocrystals with random deviations of positions from an ideal three-dimensional lattice. The proposed interpretation is confirmed by numerical calculations.

Effect of intermolecular interaction on diffusion of organic dyes in polyethyleneterephthalate processed in gas phase. pp. 53--55

Summary: The diffusion of organic dyes in polyethyleneterephtalate has been studied. The dyes were deposited on the surface from active gas phase. The influence of intermolecular interaction on diffusion has been established. The values of activation energies of dye diffusion in the temperature range 90--180 °C are determined.

Quantum-chemical calculations of nucleophilic vinyl substitution reactions involving 1-arylamino-1-benzotriazolyl-2-nitrotrichlorobutadienes. pp. 56--59

Summary: The quantum-chemical calculations by semi-empirical method PM3 of the DHf reaction values allow to interpret satisfactorily the experimentally observed peculiarities of the nucleophilic vinyl substitution processes in the series of 1-arylamino-1-benzotriazolyl-2-nitrotrichloro-1,3-butadienes. Substitution of benzotriazolyl resibue takes place in the interaction of 1-benzotriazolyl-1-phenylamino-2-nitrotrichloro-1,3-butadiene with aniline, while in the reaction with piperidine substitution of terminal chlorine aton occurs. In case of 1-benzolriazolyl-1-[(4-ethoxyphenyl)amino]-2-nitrotrichloro-1,3-butadiene interaction with both aniline and piperidine the reactions proceed with substitution of chlorine atom.

Variability of cell mitochondria from leaf mesophyll in developing flax cultivars of diverse origin. pp. 60--64

Summary: Structural changes of mitochondria were studied in long fiber flax varieties. All studied flax genotypes had higher values for mitochondria membrane system at the early ontogenesis stage.

Tetraploid triticales as a model for evolutionary transformations of some cereal genomes. pp. 65--67

Summary: The process of hybrid genome formation was studied using tetraploid triticales as a model object. It was found that during stabilization of hybrid genome recombination of genetic material from parent species occured both at the level of intact chromosomes and their fragments. The factors affecting the type of intergenome recombinations are discussed.

Measurement of Ohm resistance in plants. pp. 68--70

Summary: Specific resistance of needles (kW•cm) and resistance of 1 cm needles (kW) was measured in some coniferous samples. Species with low growth energy were shown to be distinguished by high specific Ohm resistance.

Protection from urethane-induced genetic damage by injections of nicotinamide, solcoseryl and syngenic spleen cells. pp. 71--74

Summary: Intraperitoneal injection of 0.2 ml 2.5% solution of protector nicotinamide 30 min before the subcutaneous injection of urethane (1.5 mg/g) and subcutaneous injection of 0.2 ml stimulator of nucleoprotein synthesis solcoseryl 1, 5 and 22 h after cancerogen and implantation of 50•106 syngenic spleen cells to the mice of Af line 24h after urethane leads to the complete protection from induced chromosome (genetic) damages: reduction of chromosome aberrations in bone marrow by 73% (1.67 ± 0.74 cells with chromosome aberrations) compared to intact control -- 1.0 ± 0.57 % cells with chromosome aberrations.

Comparative evaluation of morphological changes in experimental acute phlebothrombosis and thrombophlebitis. pp. 75--78

Summary: The experiment was designed to study acute phlebothrombosis and thrombophlebitis morphology. Venous wall structural elements showed sensitivity to blood flow arrest, blood clotting and infections. Thrombus vascularization is due not merely to "external" vessels, but to the ones formed locally, although to a lesser extent. Histologic changes in thrombophlebitis are generally similar to "pure" thrombosis, case but changes in venous wall structural elements and thrombus developed earlier, sclerosis was more severe and was accompanied with purulent productive inflammation. In addition both intima and the whole vascular wall deqradative changes rapidly progressed, as well as generation of granulation tissue later transformed into a thick fibrous one.

Role of streptokinase in ultrasonic disruption of fibrin clot in vitro. pp. 79--82

Summary: Investigation of ultrasonic fibrin clot disruption in presence of streptokinase by methods of electron microscopy and nephelometry has revealed that at high sound power rate (6--10 W/cm2) and correspondingly short treatment time (up to 1 min) mechanical clot degradation prevailed whereas enzymatic lysis proceeded in parallel as the secondary process at much slower rate. Upon termination of sonification procedure streptokinase acts mainly to prevent conglomeration of particles resulting from clot disintegration.

Regional clarkes of chemical elements in Holocene pedorelics of Belarus river valleys. pp. 83--85

Summary: New geochemical data on Holocene pedorelics in Belarus are presented. Some problems of the soilmantle evolution during the Holocene and the peculiarities of the paleosoils, especially buried flood-plain soils of the Nieman, Dnieper and Pripyat valleys are discussed.

Average background values of trace elements in minerals as criteria of geochemical specialization of precumbrian granitoids in Belarus. pp. 86--89

Summary: The background values (regional clarkes) of trace elements determined in rockforming and some accessory, minor and ore minerals from granitoids of the crystalline basement of Belarus are presented. It has been established, that geochemical specialization of regional granitoids is largely dependent on the microelement composition of rock-forming minerals.

Structure of electrical conductivity in Belarus anteclise basement along Eurobridge geotransect. pp. 90--93

Summary: The geological and resistivity-deep sections are presented along "Eurobridge" geotransect. Good correlation is shown between two types of sections. Zones of high-temperature blastomylonites coincide with crustal anomalies of the electrical conductivity.

Age of Pleistocene deposits in Dobraya section (eastern Belarus). pp. 94--97

Summary: The results of studies of Pleistocene lake and bog deposits of the section Dobraya in the Gorki region (Mogilev district, Belarus) are presented. Geological and pollen investigations revealed that these sediments were forming at the end of the Berezina Glaciation, then during the Alexandrian Interglacial and at the beginning of the Dnieper Glaciation. Lake and bog sediments are buried under the one till. The section Dobraya appears to be the most complete Middle Pleistocene section in eastern Belarus and may be recommended as the regional stratotype.

Synrift stress fiels in the Bragin--Loyev Saddle. pp. 98--101

Summary: A synrift stress field has been reconstructed in the Bragin--Loev Saddle. Unlike the regional tensile stress field in the Pripyat paleorift, it is representative of the horizontal compression. Similar conditions exist in the recent rifts within transform faults and transition zones between partially shifted fragments of rift valleys.

Role of river valley paleobeds in forming ground water resources of Gomel Polesye region. pp. 102--105

Summary: Evaluation of the role played by river valley paleobeds in forming the regional structure of transfer, balance and resources of groundwater was performed by carrying out experiments on numerical geofiltration model of Gomel Polessye region. It was established that water exchange rate between adjacent water-bearing horizons increased sharply in the zones of paleobeds. It was suggested that large river valley paleobeds made up by rough rock debris should be considered as a specific type of fresh groundwater reservoirs.

Structural and electrophysical characteristics of nickel and copper sulfide particles fixed in fibrous materials. pp. 106--107

Summary: Structural investigation of fibrous materials containing nickel and copper (I), (II) sulfide particles is presented in this paper. X-ray diffractometry was used for structural and qualitative analysis of the synthesized materials. Effect of processing time on the size of formed particles and their electrical conductance was studied. Studies of knitted fabrics based on the synthesized fibers with electromagnetic radiation interaction were carried out. It is shown that nickel containing materials have better rfi suppression properties than materials bearing copper sulfide particles.

Hardening of f.c.c. metal films by pulse laser treatment. pp. 108--110

Summary: Redistribution of vacancies in films of FCC metals subjected to pulse laser treatment was calculated. The microstructure of laser -- processed Ni-films was examined by transmission electron microscopy. For the case of laser therment, the vacancy concentration is markedly higher than the equilibrium concentration.

Structure and properties of polyolefins modified with clusters of synthetic carbon. pp. 111--113

Summary: The effect of ultradispersive clusters of synthetic carbon on the structure and properties of polyolefins was studied. The modifier content was within 1%. It was shown that small amounts of filler change structure and properties of the composite material: increase strength, resistance to thermooxidative degradation affect crystallinity.

Studies on the longitudinal shear of constructions made from anisotropical materials. pp. 114--117

Summary: The properties on strength a deformation of the glued wooden beams prestressed with the glass-plastic reinforsement at the longitudinal shear have been examined. The dependence of wood strength at the longitudinal shear on the reinfjrcement volome amount and the strength of wood has been established.
