On the planar subdivision of a drawing in the plain of a complete graph.
Summary: It is proved that in arbitrary simple topological graph K3.3 there is always the non-crossing perfect matching. Using this fact, the more generalized conjecture of N. Dean that the planar subdivision of any drawing of the complete graph Kn (n ³ 4) as a simple topological graph in the plain is necessarily 3-connected has been confirmed.

Cauchy-type problem for the differential equation of fractional order in the weighted space of continuous functions. pp. 20--24
Summary: The Cauchy-type problem for the nonlinear differential equation of complex order with the Riemann--Liouville derivatives in weighted spaces of continuous functions is investigated. The existence of the solution of the above Cauchy-type problem is estabilished by using the fixed point theorem. The corresponding assertion for the Cauchy problem for a nonlinear ordinary differential equation is presented.

Summary: In the paper for the one-dimensional wave equation new conservative difference schemes of the second order of approximation and convergence on non-uniform spatial-time grids are constructed and investigated. For the developed computational methods the a priori estimates of stability and convergence are obtained.

Summary: The problem of finding minimum cuts in hypergraphs with the side constraint that the vertex sets inducing these cuts must be of a given cardinality is considered. The polynomial time algorithm to find the sizes of the smallest cuts in a recursively constructed hypergraph is given.

A reliability increase of the speaker verification and identification using the comparison method of cepstral parameter VQ-spaces. pp. 40--42
Summary: Some algorithm modifications of the known speaker verification and identification method on the basis of comparing cepstral paramiter VQ-spaces are suggested. The experimental results confirming the advisability of introducing these modifications that have permitted us to reduce a verifical error rate by 76% are presented.

Summary: The equation suggested permits on four general characteristics of ferromagnetic material (initial magnetic susceptibility, saturation magnetization, residual magnetization, coercive force) to describe with a good accuracy the normal magnetization curve in the wide range of the magnetizing fields and of magnetic characteristics material.

The influence of an electric regime on the MOS-structure parameters under ionizing radiation. pp. 46--50
Summary: The influence of Co60 gamma radiation on the parameters of n- and p-channel transistor MOS-structures at different gate voltages Ug has been investigated. More significant changes of the parameters of transistor MOS-structures have been revealed under irradiation with Ug = 0 in comparison to Ug = ± 5 V. Calculations of the distribution of the positive and negative charges built up by irradiation in the oxide of n-channel transistor MOS-structure at Ug = 0 and 5 V have been carried out.

The atom-structural and electronic properties of the low-size layers of indium adsorbed on Si(III). pp. 51--55
Summary: Using the systema of total energy minimization it is found that the most energetically favorable configuration for Si(III)-ln(4 x 1) structure consists of two zigzag indium chains. Within the DFT approximation electronic and structural properties of such a reconstruction are calculated. The comparison of the theoretical results with experimental measurements has shown a good correspondence with Raman spectroscopy data. The bulk and surface vibrational modes are distinguished from the whole spectrum.

Summary: The electrochemical synthesis of the ions of 8,8'-dibrom bis(1,2-dicarbollyl)iron(II) and 8-brom bis(1,2-dicarbollyl)iron(III) with the preparative yield has been described. Reversible redox processes are determined.

Sorption of sulfur dioxide from air by fibrous anion exchangers. pp. 62--64
Summary: The sorption capability of anion exchangers FIBAN A-5 (weakbasic) and FIBAN A-6 (strongbasic) (HCO3 -- form) on SO2 was investigated under relative humidity of air (< 50 %). These materials completely used exchange capacity under air relative humidity of 50 % critical humidity for A-5 -- 22 %, for A-6 -- 33 %. The value of critical humidity can be less by using humidifier (glicerin).

Characterization of the HrpJ protein, a component of the type III secretion machinery of Erwinia carotovora subsp. atroseptica. pp. 65--69
Summary: In this work we report the preliminary characterization of the HrpJ protein (a putative component of the type III secretion machinery) from Envinia carotovora subsp. atroseptica. We cloned and overexpressed the hrpJ gene in E. coli cells, purified the HrpJ protein and raised polyclonal antibodies against it. This enabled us to perform secretion studies which clearly demonstrate that HrpJ is secreted by the type III secretion machineries of both E. carotovora and E. chrysanthemi, but remains cell-bound after secretion. Inoculation of the purified HrpJ protein into Nicotiana tabaccum leaves leads to the symptoms resembling the hypersensitivity reaction. Based on these data we suggest that HrpJ is an important component of the type III secretion apparatus which might take part in the translocation of virulence and Avr proteins through the membrane of plant cells.

The influence of rifampicin antibiotic oxidation products on the lipid state in liposomes. pp. 70--72
Summary: Rifampicin-quinone is the major product of antibiotic oxidation. Its effect on the membrane state and lipid peroxidation in liposomal rifampicin was studied. When the rifampicin- quinone fraction in liposomes was increased, the content of TBA-active products was raised. The membrane viscosity slightly changed in the same condinions.

Analysis of stability parameters in linseed accessions and cultivars of different ecologo-geographic origin. pp. 73--75
Summary: The paper presents the data on the analysis of stability and variability parameters in linseed accessions and cultivars for seed productivity and oil content (%) in seed. The importance of genotypic differences among flax accessions was revealed. The significance of the variation in the mean square of "genotype x environment" (linear) was proved for the trait @number of balls" that points to a different response of genotypes to varying growth conditions. High regression coefficients (bj), indicative of the response to the improvement of environmental conditions, were observed in the following accessions: (Omega x Raluca) p 12, (5594 x Omega) p 6, (5594 x SU-6-15) p 1, (5594 x 5627) p 4. Low parameters of stability variances (S2i) are characteristic of the accessions where cv. Lirina, K-5594 were a maternal form.

Summary: The fast and simple method to zepsrste DNA from the leaf tissue of great bilberry is found, the effective primers are chosen, and the conditions for a polymerization chain reaction are optimized. The method of the RAPD-analysis is adapted for population -- genetic ofudies and guat bilberry rating.

A relationship between the tumor cell "peripherization" and the humoral immunity of children with B-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia. pp. 79--82
Summary: Based on the results of the study of the immune parameters in children with B-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia, the authors proposed the hypothesis on the impact of the humoral immunity on the leukemic cell spreading from the bone marrow to peripheral blood. One complex of immunological parameters changes (augmented level of IgM, normal content of IgG, normal or augmented level of IgGl) was associated with the efficient restraining of the leukemic cell migration from the bone marrow to the peripheral blood. The nonefficient restraining resulted in the enhanced leukemic cell migration was attributed to the low level of IgG, augmented activity of lineage-restricted nonspecific antitumor antibodies, increased activity of alternative pathway of complement activation, high levels of C3c complement component and tumor necrosis factor-alpha.

Pathogenetic correction of the antioxidant system in reperfusional and reoxygenational syndrome. pp. 83--85
Summary: The levels of a-tocopherol and b-carotin in blood plasma with the development of the postischemic reperfusion-reoxygination syndrome of the lower extremities at the background of surgical treatment by the bypass of atherosclerotic damages of femoral popliteal-tibial segment arteries have been studied. The high efficiency of the complex therapy of the reperfusion-reoxygination syndrome with the D-pantenol injection has been shown for the first time. The mechanism of the pantenol action is suggested to include enzymic and non-enzymic sections of the antioxidant system, which may be the ground of a new technology of prophylaxis and treatment of the reperfusional -- reoxygenational syndrome.

A relationship between the distribution of oil fields of the Pripyat trough and the deep geological structure. pp. 86--91
Summary: Almost all of oil discoveries of the Pripyat graben dislocated near by mantle faults. At the same time no oil fields close to crust faults are determined.
Taking into consideration this regularity, a correlation between oil composition and geothermal conditions of bowels, controlled by fault deeps, a conclusion has made that oil pools were formed due to hydrocarbon invading from the mantle.

On the genesis of the "Stalnoe" siliceous rock deposit (east of Belarus). pp. 92--97
Summary: Morphology, composition, textural and structural features of rocks forming an orebody of one of the siliceous rock deposits in the east of Belarus have been studied.
Considerable variations of the thickness and chemical composition of a siliceous rock sheet, as well as a widespread occurrence of breccia structures have been determined.
All these evidences suggest the transformation of the primary composition initial bedding conditions of the siliceous rock body.
A comparative analysis of the considered object and its facies analogues in the context of the studied territory evolution in the Cenozoic and Quaternary suggests a sedimentogene-glacigenic nature of the siliceous rock body.

Summary: The action of external tensile stresses in the Late Devonian initiated a gently sloping crust detachment developed in the earth's crust of the Pripyat zone. It intersects the M discontinuity in the southern part of the Pripyat Graben and desands in the upper mantle.

Summary: The mathematical model of the powder material dissolution process in steel melt is reviewed at a given three-dimensional geometry of an industrial scoop. Computer calculations of the carbon distribution in different cross-sections of the scoop at the conditions of hydrodynamic stirring of melt and powder material are conducted.

Summary: All the existing technologies of measuring the human intellect are targeted at massive investigations and are unfit, in principle, to assess a complex of personal features of prominent figures who have achieved well-known, all the more outstanding results in science, politics, justice, arts. That is, all the testing methodologies and, especially, the standards have been developed with disregard of super-originality, the non-standard nature of logical thinking, the fanatic sense of purpose and many and many other features which are making humans to be outstanding.
In view of certain specific features of the activities, in particular, of economic court judges, we need to run serious researches which will allow us to adapt and define the perceptions formed by their labour psychology in order to make use of the results of such researches in the cadre strategy of the economic courts of our country.
