Aims and Scope:
The Inzhenerno-Fizicheskii Zhurnal is concerned with most important scientifical problems of modern engineering. In particular, it publishes results of theoretical and experimental physical investigations in the field of thermophysics, heat and mass transfer, theory of thermoconductivity, thermodynamics of irreversible processes, theory of drying, building thermophysics, structural-mechanical characteristics of dispersed systems, rheodynamics. The engineering-technical methods for solving the scientifical problems in related fields are also widely enlightened. The major purpose of the journal -- on the basis of deep scientific investigations to bring together the attemps of Physicists, Engineers and Designers from industrial and plant laboratories. Besides full research articles, the letters to the Editor are also published. The journal also features the following sections: Critics and Bibliography, Chronicle of most important events in scientifical life, Review Articles on most actual topics of modern science and engineering.
Available also as Journal of Engineering Physics and Thermophysics (ISSN 1062-0125), republished in English by Springer New York.
