Summary: The author handles poorly investigated problem of a history of Folksdeutsche during the German occupation of Byelorussia. Such questions, as existence German "fifth column", use of Folksdeutsche on public service, a question of payment of their work, resettlement Folksdeutsche from occupied territories, a cultural-educational policy of occupational authorities relative to Folksdeutsche in different zones of occupation of Byelorussia have reflection in the article. The author draws a conclusion that the politics of German authorities be relative Folksdeutsche was carried out in view of features of the given region. Archival materials do not allow speaking about existence "fifth column" and mass cooperation of this group of the population with occupational authorities. German authorities aspired to involve Folksdeutsche on service in bodies of administration. The special attention was given development of training and education of young generation.
