The Cu--Be alloy hardening law. pp. 8--13
Summary: The hardening laws of Cu--Be alloy were investigated. It was established, that the value of hardening is determined by a degree of development of two competing processes -- precipitation bringing to hardening and relaxation of elastic interphase deformations causing decrease of hardening of an alloy. The estimations of the contributions in hardening which are contributed by elastic interphase deformations and dispersed particles are given.

The influence of the formulation of the composites on secondary polymers on their electrophysical properties. pp. 14--17
Summary: The influence of filling agents (sand, lignin, rubber powder) of the composites on secondary polymers on their electrophysical properties within the electric current frequency range of 10^{2}--10^{6} Hz has been investigated.
The optimum formulations of the composites which allow the electrophysical properties to be used as a criterion characterizing their maintenance properties have been determined.

The spectrum properties investigation of complexing compounds based on glycerin and copper formate. pp. 18--21
Summary: Peculiarity friction behaviour of the bronze -- steel pair is investigated using the lubricant material -- glycerin with addition of the copper formate. Test of antifriction properties of lubricant mediums were conducted using machine of friction 2070 SMT-1. Spectrum analysis of lubricant mediums was conducted using spectrophotometer (SF-26 and DFS-15).
The experimental data have shown that were structural modifications accompanied by the process of complex formation.

The analysis of auxetic porous materials deformation nonlinearity. pp. 22--26
Summary: A simple rod model taking into account the geometrical and physical non-linearity has been proposed for analysis of auxetic porous material with negative Poisson's ratio. The geometrical non-linearity promotes the reducing of absolute value of Poisson's ratio and even (for tensile stress) transforming of this parameter's sign. On another hand the plastic deformation provides more marked auxetic properties of material.

The geometry parameter optimization of porous powder articles of complicated shape. pp. 27--32
Summary: The relation between the area of a screw surface and parameters of this surface is determined. The problem of maximisation of the increase factor on number of passes and helix angle of the screw with the allowance for technological limitations is solved. Computer program for designing of porous permeable wares is developed on the base of performed calculations.

Summary: New stabilizers for rubbers of space-hampered amines class and their derivatives (amides) are prepared. The effectiveness of these stabilizers in mixtures with Diaphen FP in thermal oxidation degradation and at multiple deformations of model and industry natural rubbers was tested. Some of the mixtures are more efficient then industry stabilizers.

The investigation of the properties change of hard-strength cold-worked wire at multiple drawing and following torsion. pp. 39--44
Summary: Mechanical properties dependence of hard-drawn pearlitic wire on true strain within the range of 2.9--4.4 is investigated. It is shown that at some strain the number of reversal torsions falls and maximal relative length reducing in torsion test sharply raise. It is founded that this point corresponds to significant decrease of twisted wire tensile strength

Summary: The paper describes the procedure of calculating the force required for cross-wedge rolling of an endless cylinder between two flat plates using the method of an upper estimate and taking into account a strain hardening.

Summary: The hot plasticity of samples representing gray, malleable, high-strength and mottled classes of irons is comparatively investigated. The optimum temperature ranges of hot plastic deformation are determined.

The increase of motion stability of joint trolley bus at braking by propelling drive. pp. 56--61
Summary: This article deals with the matters of joint three-axis trolley bus braking. Such a process is controlled by thrust electric motor with the drive on the second axe. The efforts of contraction in clutch device during breaking are determined. In order to decrease them for their reduction with the purpose of stability augmentation of motion it's offered to use upbraking of a trailer sprockets by a constant effort. The value of this effort is determined from conditions of trailer sprockets coupling in the worst road conditions. The efforts change in a capture for different friction coefficients is shown at trolley bus braking by the engine both with and without upbraking usage of a trailer sprockets.

Summary: It is established, that the usage of working ambience in compositions of lubricant-coolant technological agents "Аквапол-1" and ferroabrasive powder Fe-TiC, ensures necessary quality of sample surface after magnetic-abrasive machining and leads to removal of defective layer, created by earlier executed technological operation.

Summary: The methods of the control hydroblocks (CH) synthesis proposed in the article give an opportunity to appreciate the parameters of the CH and to make a junction diagram drawing even for principle hydrodiagrams during 2-3 hours at the first stage of the draft already.
Taking as a basis these methods you will reduce the period of designing machine hydrodrives to a great extern and increase the quality of the drafts.

Some aspects of solution of the problem of increasing of non-rigid parts machining precision. pp. 73--76
Summary: The work deals with the problems of machining of non-rigid parts with tension within the limits of elasticity of material being processed. The description of the methods of machining with tension by lathes which provide for both mechanical tension of non-rigid blanks as well as thermal expansion of non-rigid hollow parts at the cost of different coefficients of linear expansion of material of a part and mandrel on which the part is being mounted.

Summary: The problems associated with the machining non-rigid parts -- figures of rotation and flat ones -- have been described In the present article.
In order to increase the accuracy and productivity of the mentioned parts' machining, it has been suggested to put them into stressed state.
The following matters have been considered: the scheme of simultaneous machining the non-rigid inprocess part together with the rigid workpiece which has been installed in parallel to the first part, as well as the design schemes of the rotational cutting tools intended for machining the outer surfaces of non-rigid tubes.

The influence of inpurity sites on the conductivity of multi-layer thin films tellurium-based structures. pp. 81--85
Summary: The present work investigates multi-layer, thin-film tellurium-based structures with their electric characteristics type entirely determined by the tellurium-film deposition rate: the structures have threshold switching characteristics at deposition rates V_{1} = 2--3 nm/s and memory characteristics at deposition rates V > 5 nm/s. The present work studies the influence of impurity sites (O and Al) on the structure conductivity.
The dependence for these films within the temperature range of 180--350 К, versus s(T) is defined by the relation characteristics of jump conductivity of the carriers through localired states in the band tails. The change of the electrophysical characteristics of Те films in contact with atomsphere has been attributed to the absorption of oxygen moleculs on Те films surface resulting in the formation of acceptor states. These states attract electrons from tellurium valency band, thus increasing the hole concentration. The resulting spatial surface charge layer with the enhanced conductivity makes a progressively increasing with the decrease of film thickness contribution into their electric properties.

The electrical capacitance of the final system of elliptical wires and plates, situated in right dihedral angle. pp. 86--91
Summary: The method is proposed for calculating an electrical capacitance of a final system of infinitely long parallel elliptical wires and plates placed in a right dihedral angle. The method is based on precise constructing the electrostatic field potential. An algorithm for deriving approximate formulae is presented. Some private cases are considered. Key words: electrical capacitance, elliptical wires, electrostatic field potential, calculating.

The synthesis of finite state machines on PLS. pp. 92--98
Summary: The features of Programmable Logic Sequencers (PLSs) structures and possible types of finite state machines at their realization on PLS are analyzed. The evaluations of each structural decision complexity are resulted. Using the PLS Complement Array for realization of waiting conditions and strongly branched algorithms is considered. The recommendations for the choice of the finite state machine types for various PLS are given. The technique of finite state machines designing on PLS is shown on an example of the Mealy machine.

Summary: The physical and mathematical models for irreversible forging of porous compactible materials to get structural machine parts have been obtained. The constitutive equations for determination of stresses and strain rates inside a volume of porous body taking into account elasticity, plasticity and viscosity have been derived.

Summary: The influence of detergents on the processes of filling of capillary channels with penetrants, and on the spreading of penetrants along a solid surface is described. The estimation of the influence of detergent's concentration in ethanol on capillary pressure is studied, and the values of optimal concentration of tetramix and neonol AF-9-10 in ethanol are obtained.

Summary: In the paper the design of circular and annular flexible plates resting on any type of elastic foundation, in polar coordinates, under any external load is offered to be fulfilled with the help of the universal approach, founded on a Gemochkin's method.

Summary: The calculation of the cross beam system on the elastic wedge-shaped foundation is offered to be made by B.N.Zhemochkin's approach. In the Ritza method is used calculation the coefficients of canonical equations of Zhemochkin's approach. The Green function is constructed for the elastic wedge-shaped foundation. An example of calculation is given.

Summary: In the paper the kinematics of the satellite of the planetary-cogged reduction gear box with cycloidal gearing is presented. The relationship between acceleration of the satellite and kinematical, geometrical data is obtained.

Summary: Temperature field in thin subsurface layers of the members of glass -- metal and sapphire -- metal friction pairs has been analyzed. The temperature field is shown to have heavy gradient through the layer depth (it can reach 10^{4} °C/mm).

The calculation of the coefficients of the equation of joint probability density function of a scalar and its gradient in turbulent reacting flow. pp. 130--134
Summary: The r.m.s value of scalar fluctuation intensity, the turbulent kinetic energy, the mean rate of turbulent energy dissipation, the mean rate of scalar intensity dissipation, the mixed skewness, the fourth derivative of the two-point second-order structure function of scalar field with respect to the space variable were calculated by using of the Heisenberg's equation for turbulent energy distribution and the same for scalar fluctuation intensity. Above mentioned functions were need to calculate the coefficients, which were included in joint probability density function (JPDF) equation for fluctuation of reacting scalar field and its gradient. These coefficients were calculated.

The experimental investigation of soil to air transfer factors of radioactive nuclides of cesium and plutonium. pp. 135--140
Summary: The results of measurements of radioactive contamination of an air in the Republic of Belarus for period 1990--1994 years in items of a control located in a zone of alienation and in cities Brest, Minsk, Mogilyov and Gomel are analyzed. T_{sa} both for cesium, and for plutonium is close to unit for a zone of alienation. As a whole, the analysis of the collection of experimental outcomes on radioactive contamination of ground air and spreading surface shows the essential distinctions in behavior of cesium and plutonium.
