Problem of humanism in ideology of post-war France: Jean-Paul Sartre and Michel Foucault. pp. 5--10

Summary: The postwar crisis of humanist ideology in France is considered in relation to the changed social position of intellectual. The disappearance of traditional thinker and the origins of contemporary expert are analyzed in the discussion between two French intellectual stars -- Jean-Paul Sartre and Michel Foucault. The crisis of subject-oriented humanist ideology is linked here to the intellectual conflict of two generations and to the growth of americanization on the French ideological scene.

Ontology of the symbol and typology of semiological paradigms. pp. 11--16

Summary: Historical typology of semiological paradigms is developed by extending a set of basic objects of common semiotics (semiotics of sign). It is proposed to include in this set myth, symbol and text having their own ontological and theoretical status. In such approach philosophy of symbol gains special significance, in particular in the form expressed in P. A. Florensky's and A. F. Losev's works. Relationship of proposed typology with historical typology of culture is discussed.

Summary: The theoretical roots of modern strategies of Arabic East countries in the field of telecommunications are revealed by the present article. The industrial doctrine of D. Bell, M. McLuhan and A. Toffler is analyzed as basic background. The social-humanistic and culturological sides of these theories are accented. Particularly, the social consequences of information field of Arabic East, which was developed following West examples, is emphasized.

Summary: The article analyzes property relationships in the framework of market and administrative legal constructions. The possible variations in relations of proprietor and his representative in public and private forms of property are discussed.

Preliminary stage in negotiating civil contract. pp. 27--33

Summary: This article is devoted to the main problems of negotiating of a contract in a pre-liminare stage. This stage is aimed at the choice of proper contractors, type of a contract, formulation of beneficial for each party conditions and warranties. The author deals with some pre-contractual agreements in a bargaining process and proposes phrasing of some articles, to be included in the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus. The article is also concerned with pre-contractual liability, taking place in case of breaking requirement of bargaining in good faith.

Summary: National labor legislation in the field of regulating women's labor is analyzed in the article from the viewpoint of compliance with the general principles and standards of international conventions. Certain suggestions on further development and perfection of labor legislation are proposed and substantiated.

Summary: In the article, on the basis of works of pre-revolution and Soviet agrarian historians and economists, dynamics of realizing the reform of 1861 in Belarus is traced for the period at the border of 19 and 20 centuries. The results of research of that complex and important problem are summed up.

Employment problems in Belarusian agriculture at the borderline of XX and XXI centuries. pp. 52--59

Summary: Problems of filling vacancies in agrarian sector of Belarus on the eve of XXI century are discussed. Analysis is provided to estimate staff potential in various divisions of agroindustry, evaluate personnel training system and their educational level with respect to age and gender, reasons of intensive migration from national agriculture to other economic sectors.

Shaping of law platform in German Social-democratic party in the course of 1919--1923. pp. 60--63

Summary: On activity a findings of investigation of legal concepts of German Social Democrats of the beginning XX centuries which have been set up in their polemic articles, minutes of meetings of congresses and program documents SDP are shown. Changes of items of leaders of a social democracy are rotined on state (constitutional), tax etc. rights. Conclusions about a direction of the changes concerning legal culture of organization are made.

Summary: In the article some aspects of the mythological thinking, its influence on the modern man's consciousness and its manifestation in the culture of XX -- XXI centuries are considered. The main attention is given to the investigation of the problem of mythologism in modern Belarusian prose. The elements of mythologism and the mytheme of "road" in particular in the works of A. Kazlow, Y. Stankevich and U. Klimovich are analyzed in more detail.

Summary: The article narrates some aspects of modern literary publicistic process, in particular, two main trends in its development: belle-lettres and journalistic. Cooperation and penetration of two types of modern writing on current affairs, changes in material presentation and processing are considered on the pattern of some recent literary and journalistic works of publicistic genre.

Summary: The considerated subject of given article is structural lexical peculiarities of mechanical engineering terms with suffix -nic-. The theoretical thesis are confirmed with real data.

Summary: The onomasiological aspect in an investigation of a Belarusian dialect etnological vocabulary. The article analyzes motivations of secondary nominations in names of insects in Belarusian dialects. The aim of the research is to determine an inner form, to expose the motivations which are assumed as a basis for entomological names. The lexical material is presented in the classified form.
