Summary: The problem of the concept of "environmental quality" is considered in the article: it's structure is investigated; contradictions between different approaches to the definition of the content are revealed; comparative analysis between the content and the philosophical category of "quality" is carried out, the conclusion of the environmental quality as a functional characteristics of socio-natural relations is grounded.

The author points out shortcomings of the existing legislation and puts forward suggestions to improve it.

Summary: One of the most important tendencies of the semiconductor world market development is the periodical repeat of decrease and increase cycles of the sale's volume. It's supposed to form of export strategy based on minimum level of the sale's risk of production aimed to the minimization of the sale's decrease consequences. It's grounded the opportunity to use the one of the financial management instruments -- standard deviation. Discovered regularity allows asserting minimization of the risk level to stimulate necessity of rising export to the stable markets. In this case the change of the regional export priorities is possible.

Summary: The article is devoted to investigation of the economic views system created by the former professor and rector of the University of Vilno, physiocrat H. Stroynowski. Stroynowski's economic table, which is the interpretation of the table known in economic science as Quesnay's "Economic Table", is presented and explained. Stroynowski's recommendations in the field of economic policy are presented, too. The extent of investigation of his economic heritage by scientists in Belarus and neighboring countries is analyzed.

The daily life of Old Believers in Belarus in 1920s--1930s. pp. 51--56.
Summary: The base of old believer's life was a religion community. There was a traditional order of existence at that time. The religion consciousness dominated among the old believers in Belarus. The main factor of transformation of old believer's traditional life was a soviet power which had destroyed confessional unity and psychological stability. The daily life of old believers became radically changed. The religion was changed to atheism, ethnic-confessional community -- to property stratification, private economy -- to collective method of farming.

The system formation of the humanitarian training in the Soviet Belarus (1920s--1930s). pp. 57--66.
Summary: The paper deals with the problem of coming into being of the research and scientific-pedagogical staff training institution in our country during the second half of the 1920s and in the 1930s. It has being studied on the basis of latest archive materials and with regard for the recent achievements in the historical and science of science. The author managed to represent the whole picture of the system in it's establishing. The focus was made on the humanities. The scientifically substantiated conclusions that a great number of negative factors trended from full realization inherent potentialities were made. However at that time and under these circumstances the base for development and improvement of the humanitarian training system was made.

Utilitarian and ritual-ceremonial aspects of using Tree in the traditional Slavonic culture. pp. 67--72.
Summary: The paper examines the role of trees in the utilitarian and ritual-ceremonial practice of the Slavonic people. The special attention is paid to the meaning of nominating words for trees in which tendentious stereotypical perception of the nominative object is revealed in context of it's meaning in the traditional culture.

The bird as a metaphorical surrogate of natural phenomenon in the Slavic riddles. pp. 73--76.
Summary: The Belarusian, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and Slovak riddles where natural phenomenon appears in the image of bird are analyzed. As a result of this comparison the common for all the Slavs metaphorical surrogates as well as the national specificity in separate collections were revealed.

Summary: The change of the shape formation conceptions in architecture during the XX and the beginning of XXI centuries is considered on the basis of the analysis of the Belarusian and world architectural practices. The problems of architectural shape formation are studied in the context of socio-ideological and scientific-technical aspects, artistic and esthetic ideas of the time as well as the attitude to the problem of historic heritage.

New approaches are offered to solve the problems arising in connection with this matter.

Summary: The theory of satire and humor has been developed very weakly. There are a lot of different definitions of these terms in the scientific literature from XIX--XX centuries up to now. However, there is no any common systematized and generalized approach which would meet the modern state of literature process. In this connection the main attention of this paper is paid to the creation of the systematized approach to terms of satire and humor which based on the analysis of existing conceptions.

Belarusian translation of the English Language poetry in XIX - beginning XX centuries. pp. 96--101.
Summary: The article considers the poetry translation from English into Belarusian in 1920-s as the first stage of the English and Belarusian poetry translation tradition. Relations of the last century early period translation practice with peculiarities of the individual poetry creation of translators are traced there as well as the Russian achievements in the translation and the experience of Belarusian predecessors of the XIXth century.

About interrelations between perceptual and acoustic features of the French language's terminal tone. pp. 102--107.
Summary: The article contains the discussion of results of the acoustic speech melody perceptual features correlates individual variation investigation. On the basis of the French language it is shown that the acoustic content of the terminal tone perceptual features demonstrates a considerable variation which affects both quantitative and qualitative characteristics of prosodic parameters. The results prove that the determination of perceptually different forms with the subsequent description of their acoustic correlates can and must serve as a starting point for the investigation of the formal and functional features of the utterance contour.

Summary: In the article the author investigates the etymology of individual names. Taking into account the chronological factor all kinds of individual names are divided into the two categories: citation present onyms and descriptive perfect onyms.

The word-formation potential of suffixes of Russian nouns (on the material of the modern criminal argot). pp. 115--121.
Summary: The article deals with the productivity of the Russian noun suffixes in the modern criminal argot that is compared with their productivity in the standard language. Some functional, semantic, etymological and structural reasons for low activity in argot of productive suffixes are defined.
