Classical and modern approaches to the historical and philosophical research. pp. 4--11

Summary: The problem of the historical and philosophical science forming has been analyzed in the article. Hegel offered a number of methodological principles for researcher guidance in the professional activity to comprehend the essence of the historical philosophical process. They are: scientific character, objectivity, systemic character, concreteness, unity of the historical and logical characters etc. The most fundamental principle is the principle of development explained by Hegel as the necessary, consecutive, progressive movement of the philosophical idea. Following the above mentioned principles a scientist is able to comprehend the logic of the historical philosophical process which is the essence of the philosophical history as science. The methodological principles grounded by Hegel can be applied to the historical study of the philosophical and sociopolitical thought of Belarus.

Sustainable development of transitive societies: the search for the optional model. pp. 12--19

Summary: The perspective types of the sustainable development model in transitive conditions are the model of economical and mathematical character as well as ecological and economical, socio-ecological and economical ones. Each of them has own positive and negative sides. The sustainable development of transitive societies is the most perspective matrix for model of socio-ecological and economical character due to its synthetic character.

Productive and maitenance servicing for enterprises of agrarian industrial complex (AIC) of the Republic of Belarus. pp. 20--25

Summary: In the article the analysis of condition of contractual relations in sphere of industrial and technical maintenance of AIC (agro-industrial complex) of the Republic of Belarus has been carried out in order to adapt to the new economic conditions of management. A proposal has been submitted to work out and ratify a new Decree of the productive and technical maintenance to unite characteristic peculiarities of different kinds of service for unification and regulation of agricultural and servicing enterprises contractual relations.

Ordering the legal responsibility legislation. pp. 26--30

Summary: The article is devoted to the rather urgent legal problem -- legal responsibility which is one of the most debatable problems in the theory of law. In the article the theoretical and practical importance of the retrospective legal responsibility has been based. The search of the most effective methods to struggle against offences assumes the necessity of the scientifically reasonable legal responsibility concept development and this concept's attaching to legislation and realizing in the application of law. The branch legislation on various kinds of the legal responsibility (criminal, administrative, disciplinary, civil-law) does not contain concepts of the appropriate kinds of the responsibility and frequently does not name their bases. Thereupon there is an objective necessity to attach the legal responsibility concept and bases along with concepts and base of its conventional kinds to the legislative level. To solve this task the acceptance of the law "About of the legal responsibility" has been proposed. The article contains it's approximate structure.

Summary: The author of the article analyses laws and normative acts regulating the creation and development of innovative infrastructure of the country and gives proposals to their improvement.

Roadside service and development of tourism in Belarus. pp. 36--40

Summary: The essence of roadside service has been investigated in the article as a component of the development of tourism. The native legislative base has been analyzed in the field of tourist service and roadside service regulation. The practical experience of roadside cafes functioning has been analyzed. Conditions for the roadside service successful development and its greatest effectiveness have been determined. The system of measures to stimulate the tourism branch and roadside service development in Belarus has been elaborated.

Cultural and domestic service conditions in the village in 1966 -- 1975. pp. 41--44

Summary: Farmer's life style, productive activity and the effectiveness of this branch of production had been depended on the social infrastructure level of development and the complexity of productive, economic and cultural village problems decision. There is the close connection between non-productive infrastructure and social-economic effectiveness of production. The high level of the well-being of collective farmers with their basic social and productive foundations and houses, the flats with all modern facilities is a main factor of the productive success of a row of collective farms. The good cultural and domestic service conditions attract the young people. The proportion of the young people in such collective farms was rather high. The highest level of farming is the main factor in the concerned unity of the social and productive factors. Consequently the weak farms would rise the effectiveness of the production at first and then improve the social sphere.

French fellow-travelers of bolshevism and the idea of the proletarian internationalism. pp. 45--48

Summary: The article has been dedicated to the one of the most problematic questions of the contemporary international communist historiography - the idea of the proletarian internationalism. Basing on the opinion of the left European fellow-travelers the author gives the deep appreciation of the idea of internationalism in its Leninist variation. The author investigates the points of view of the fellow-travelers about the rebirth of the internationalism idea into supernationalism. The analysis of the fellow-traveler's views makes a great interest in the context of ideological struggle between the internationalism and nationalism.

The catholic organizations activity in the territory of Belarus in the second half of XIX -- the beginning of XX century. pp. 49--58

Summary: In the article the history of Catholic brotherhoods of Belarus in the second half of XIX -- beginning of XX century has been examined. Their appearing and development were the Christian's answer to the national, political, cultural, economic and confessional situation in the country. The most of them were from the times of the state Rech Pospolitaya. In conditions of the permanent police supervision and the politic of the local government directed against "the Polish element in the territory)) the Catholic associations were forced to search for other forms of their existence.



Kushnyarevich A. M.
The historiography of the religious defense architecture of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. pp. 59--68

Summary: The article has been devoted to the history of studies of the Grand Lithuanian Duchy religious defence architecture. It has been emphasized that the history of studies began in the second half of the XIX century from the historic local lore works of Polish, Russian and Belarusian researchers. The historiography of the XX century is presented by different profile fragmentary works. The different levels of historic, architectural and art studies of the problem have been determined. Mainly the defence churches attracted the attention of Belarusian researchers supposing some hypothesis of their origin and evolution.

Bertolt Brecht on the Belarusian stage. pp. 69--74

Summary: The number of opinions on the world outlook base of the "epic theatre" theory has been reviewed in the work. It proves that the comprehension of Brecht's plays should be started from the resolving of this problem. In the article the Brecht's relationship with Marxism, Hegelianism and behaviourism has been analyzed. The range of these aspects has been described through the definition and understanding of the "epic theatre" by the Belarusian and Russian theatre science.

Styling features of the Belarusian fashion in the second part of XX century. pp. 75--81

Summary: The article has been devoted to the becoming and development of Belarusian fashion art. It has been appeared from the creation of the Belarusian fashion house in 1948 and rapidly evolved during the creation of the Belarusian center of the fashion, faculties of modeling at the art and technological higher educational institutions during 1960--1990. The Belarusian fashion is characterized by art expressiveness and figurativeness by the reason of designer's close contacts with consumers during the creation of serial and unique models as well as use of rich traditions of Belarusian national aristocratic suit. Also its styling features are conditioned by international directions of the European fashion in 1950--1990 years.

Trends in Belarusian literature of the late middle ages period. pp. 82--85

Summary: Tendences of the Belarusian literature of the late Medieval period (XIV -- XV centuries) typologically related to romanticism have been discovered in the article. The conducted investigation has shown that in the Medieval literature language of this period the artistic trends, methods,themes, motives and images have been arisen which after several centuries appeared and developed in Belarusian romanticism of the XIX century.

The biblical tradition in Emil Zola's creative works. pp. 86--93

Summary: The creative works of the French classical author have been analyzed from the point of view of the biblical tradition. The attention has been concentrated on those meaning and rhetorical schemes which show the author's moralistic word as a dialogical one and approximate its ethic content to the modern consciousness. The method of considering the author as a prophet used in the article could serve as a system pattern of researches with the same or close problems.

The semantics of verbs to laugh and to cry in the codified Belarusian language and language of the Belarusian poetry. pp. 94--96

Summary: The verbs to laugh and to cry are the most important conceptual verbs. In their basic meanings these verbs are the verbs of the state. However, the above-mentioned verbs could mark not only the state but also take on the new meanings. In the Belarusian poetry the verbs to laugh and to cry have the typical to the codified Belarusian language and to the Belarusian poetry meanings. In the language of Belarusian poetry the semantics of these verbs is wider than in the codified Belarusian language.

Typology of computer instructional systems. pp. 97--101

Summary: Types of computer instructional systems as one of electronic edition forms have been considered in the article. Types of printed and electronic educational editions have been compared. Classification of the instructional editions according to the character of information, way to deliver, purpose assignment have been considered in the article. There are distinguished and described the following types of electronic educational editions in dependence on character of information and functional peculiarities: service program means; testing programs; trainer programs; programs imitating real objects; programs means for mathematical and imitation modeling; information and reference systems; electronic manuals. There is the common tendency of dependence of computer learning system's type on the field of knowledge where the system used.

Summary: The article touches upon the problems of classification and description of suffixoids of foreign origin in system of derivational means of modern Belarusian language. The author investigates compounds with parts "-metr, -log, -graf, -skop, -fil, -fob".

Classification of animal names. pp. 110--117

Summary: The article is devoted to the classification of animal names according to the mark that is reflected in their nominations. These marks can refer to objective characteristics of animals (such as colour, form, size, peculiarities of behavior, place of existence, feeding, voice) and subjective perception of these living beings by human.
