Summary: Relationship between mankind and nature has been elected as an object of the culture to harmonize the socio-natural relations as well as to bring the knowledge of these relations into the cultural matrix of modern humanity. New qualitative type of the culture which is humanistic by contents should become a way to the socio-natural development of society when protection and improvement of the environment have been provided. The comprehension of new culture realities is necessary for each member of society because the civilization history in biosphere is not closed from the direct human impact on the integrated system development. Man is responsible for decisions affecting on harmonization of the socio-natural relations.

Summary: Mechanism of social and cultural innovations in the post-industrial society has been considered in the article. Different variants of changes arising in the socio-cultural environment have shown on example of the management decision realization. Conclusion about possibility of different scenarios of consequences development and risk of the «cultural shock» as the social development bifurcation point has been formulated.

Summary: Problems of the people social protection and alteration of the modern social state policy directions have been analyzed in the article taking into consideration the economic development of state. The author researches mechanism of the people protection against existing social risks and makes conclusion on effectiveness of activities undertaking by the state in the social sphere.

Summary: The article deals with theoretical questions of administrative responsibility for infringement of tax laws. In particular, the author has developed a comprehensive definition of legal liability based on the analyzed general theoretical ideas about legal liability and its main features as well as the concept of administrative liability for infringement of tax laws, and identified its specific features.

Evolution of the theoretical economic investigations in Belarus from the second part of 60th to beginning of 80th years of XX century. pp. 34-40.
Summary: This article considers to evolution of Belarusian scientists views in the field of political economy of Socialism during the second half of sixties and early eighties of XX century. Also there is a discussion on process dealing with problems and their subsequent solutions. In this article the contradictory nature of theoretical developments along with integrated conceptual design of the political economy of socialism creation has been taken into consideration. The article focuses on solutions of socialist economic management practical problems also. Simultaneously the article aims to determine the major trends in economic and theoretical researches in Belarus.

Summary: Theoretical fundamentals of multidimensional economic and statistical analysis in researches of the regional differentiation (on example of the Gomel region) have been elaborated on the base on ideas of stage research procedure. They have been made with application of the economic cluster zoning, committee zoning of regional systems, dispersion analysis of factor variability in the development of human potential in the region, correlation analysis of regional factors in the development of human potential.

Summary: Conception of the highly technological way as a new stage of economic relations has been developed on the basis of acquaintance with history of the concept «hi-tech way» discovery. Institutional basis of highly technological way as well as the social, economic and technological consequences of this phenomenon has been revealed. Factors of its changing and prospects of its formation have been analyzed. The necessary stages have been identified there to pass for hi-tech phase in the Republic of Belarus creation.

Summary: The article is devoted to the youth policy development on the territory of Nowogrudok province in the inter-war times when it was a part of the Polish state. The author of the article elucidates fundamental directions of the government and youth public organizations activity on the realization of work with young generation. Various documentary sources have been used in the article.

Summary: The Soviet historiography of inter-war period on the history of Polish-Soviet war of the years 1919-1920 has been examined. Most important problems of the Polish-Soviet war history shown in the Soviet historiography of inter-war period have been discovered. Main conceptions, conclusions and evaluations formulated on the present problem in Soviet historians of that epoch transactions have been analyzed.

Summary: The article deals with the artistic impressiveness of modern architecture, raising the study problems based on examination of factors forming artistic image of the object and considering individual perception and evaluation criteria of architectural composition. The article gives analysis of the interconnection between technologies' evolution and spacial organization of buildings. Tendencies in the modern public architecture with dominative role of translucent designs have been reviewed.

Summary: In the scope of the hypothesis verification that Symon Budny's Catechism is a translation of the one of Martin Luther's catechisms this article contains the comparative textological analysis of Symon Budny's Catechism and Martin Luther's Large catechism on example of the Sacrament of Baptism presentation.
Problems of classical poetry in the scientific heritage of Bakhtiyar Vahabzadeh. pp. 106-110.
Summary: In this article judgments of B. Vahabzadeh about the great representatives of Azeri classical poetry have been considered. They are Nizami, Fuzuli, Nasimi, Sabir, Hadi. The article emphasizes that during the assessment of complicated classical heritage problems mainly the poetic intuition helps to the author. Specific attention has been given to publications related to Fizuli, particularly to the teachings of tasawwuf, in which there is a key to explanation of his moral and love themes. Analysis of observation made by B. Vahabzadeh on the classics allows to determine the basic statements of his poetic art concept.
