The seminar traditionally consists of reviews and presentations on a wide range of issues in physics, engineering, and applications of semiconductor lasers, including laser diodes, lasers with electronic and optical excitation, as well as other types of semiconductor sources and radiation receivers, in technology of semiconductor materials, heterostructures, and various optoelectronic devices based on them.
