Golovenchik Victoria Ivanovna (born on 22.02.1994, Samokhvalovichi agro-town), biologist, specialty scientific and technical production, molecular biologist.
The reference direction of scientific activity is molecular biology of animals, the study of microevolutionary processes that occur in species with habitat changes using molecular genetics methods. She obtained a collection of DNA samples of aphids of fauna of Belarus, deciphered the sequence of the gene EF1α aphid, studied the intron-exon structure and analyzed the variability of the base composition of the gene along its length, developed identification PCR-RFLP tables to determine the species of aphids of fauna of Belarus, which can be used for routine work and allow to significantly reduce the cost of species pest identification. She received a collection of DNA samples of alien fish species to the fauna of Belarus, deciphered the sequences of genes COI, cyt b and intron 1 of gene S7 of the monkey goby and the tube-nosed goby, assessed the genetic variability of alien fish species of the Goby family, based on molecular genetic analysis, she clarified the species belonging to an alien fish species of the genus Proterorhinus inhabiting water bodies of Belarus.
She is the author of over 30 scientific papers.
She is a laureate of the XXII Republican Student Paper Contest (2016), the first prize of the President's Special Fund for Social Support of Gifted Pupils and Students (2016).
