After the signing ceremony the Chairman of the NASB Presidium Vladimir Gusakov said that a number of joint projects in the field of wood chemistry, petrochemistry, biotechnologies, medical technologies, nanotechnologies, robotics and artificial intelligence, synthesis of fertilizers and waste recycling had been already scheduled between the organizations. The parties also expressed their openness to suggestions on mutually beneficial cooperation. A working group will be formed on each activity.
The agreement is intended to facilitate the involvement of the Academy scientists in training activities in the BSTU, as well as to attract promising students to work in the NASB institutions.
