NASB Institute of Sociology to discuss characteristics of cultural development of "frontier" territories
On 30 May 2017, an International scientific and practical seminar on characteristics of cultural development of "frontier" territories, their research and strategic management will be held at the NASB Institute of Sociology as a part of the Republican plan of events for the Year of Science 2017.
The leading Belarusian and Russian researchers will make reports on such topical issues, as:
management of regional cultural policy;
comparative analysis of social and cultural characteristics of the Belarusian society;
problems of tolerance formation through socio-cultural activities;
role of young specialists in the development of cultural sphere;
sociological study of the modern state of culture and art;
and other topical issues related to the management of the sphere of culture, the study of cultural diversity and tolerance, the maintenance of the historical and cultural heritage of various local cultures and their coexistence in the border areas.
