The Congress aims at discussing nutrition and health issues, searching effective ways to ensure and improve the quality and safety of food products, developing modern food production technologies. This significant scientific event will consider a wide range of issues relevant to modern society, in particular:
The forum will last until 10 June 2017. It will increase the role of various branches of science (agricultural science, medicine, and health care) in the social and economic development of our country, promote domestic developments of food products, form international image of Belarus as a country with a high scientific potential.

On 7 June 2017, a conference on innovative technologies in the bakery industry will be held at the State Vocational and Technical College of Bakery (Minsk, vul. Jakuboŭskaha 43) from 9:30 a.m. till 5:30 p.m.
On 9 June 2017, a symposium on enrichment of food products with micronutrients will be held at the NASB Scientific and Practical Center for Foodstuffs (Minsk, vul. Kazlova 29, Assembly Hall) from 9:00 a.m. till 1:30 p.m.
A seminar on modern approaches in the field of expertise of quality and safety of food raw materials and food products will be held at the NASB Scientific and Practical Center for Foodstuffs (Minsk, vul. Kazlova 29, room 410) from 9:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m.
A round table discussion on issues of children's nutrition will be held at the Institute for Meat and Dairy Industry (Minsk, praspiekt Partyzanski 172, Assembly Hall) from 10:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m.
A medical section of the Congress devoted to issues of science, nutrition and health will be held at the Scientific and Practical Center of Hygiene (Minsk, vul. Akademičnaja 8) from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.
