Leading scientists from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Armenia and Poland will take part in the conference.
The conference will discuss the results and directions for further research on the Red Book, trends and major problems in animal monitoring, the effects of alien species on native fauna, climatic and anthropogenic factors on the animal world, problems and prospects for using wildlife resources, issues of biodiversity conservation on specially protected natural territories, as well as the development of environmental education and awareness.
The conference will open at the NASB Scientific and Practical Center for Bioresources on 15 October 2018, at 10:00 a.m.
