The festival is held by the Minsk City Institute for Educational Development together with the Council of Young Scientists of the NAS of Belarus with the organizational support of Minsk Gymnasium № 18.
The First Vice-Chairman of the NASB Presidium Sergei Chizhik welcomed the children and their parents. He noted: "You have demonstrated your curiosity and propensity to search and science. But you still have a long way to go: to graduate from school, university, and then choose a professional direction. The first thing that is necessary for working in science is interest. We are glad to be chosen as a site for your research because there is no science without a future – and you are our future. Good luck to you on this life path."
In 2018, the Festival was held for the sixth time. In 2018, the Festival was held for the sixth time. Pupils of 2–4 grades participated in it. The district education departments that conducted the qualifying stage, according to the results of the competition, presented more than 100 papers. This is both individual and collective work. The authors of works received diplomas of winners, memorable badges and souvenirs on 10 January 2019.
